Vacation rentals with a patio in Gioiosa Marea

Our month in Canneto was simply spectacular. Denise is an extremely polite and helpful person. She took care of us in a very professional matter but at the same time made us feel as a part of the family. The appartament is clean, very well equipped and conveniently located. It is a stylish and smart place that allows for all the comforts one could desire for holidays and romote work as well. The terrace and surroundings are the proverbial cherry on top. Canneto is very peaceful but at the same time conveniently connected by public transportation and walking oppotunities. As for Lipari and the rest of the archipelago it is such an interesting and beautiful part of the world it is a must at least once in a lifetime for anyone. Highly reccomandable experience altogether!

L’appartement est chaleureux de par ses boiseries, ses grandes portes en bois qui s’ouvrent sur la magnifique terrasse qui a la vue sur la mer. Quel plaisir de manger tranquillement à l’extérieur, assis face à la mer et d’être entouré de la nature, des montagnes, de la mer tout en étant à 15 minutes du centre historique de la ville. Quoi de mieux, en plus, que d’avoir la possibilité de manger des oranges mûries au soleil, cueillies à même le jardin de notre hôte . Cet appartement est équipé d’un frigo et d’une cuisinière tous neufs, et la propreté de l’appartement est impeccable. Notre hôte nous attendait à notre arrivée, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous a donné de beaux endroits à visiter et des suggestions de bons restaurants. Sachant que nous voulions louer une auto pour la journée, elle nous a transmis une référence où le prix était très abordable et où le personnel parlait français. Je recommanderai cet appartement à mes amis.

Beautiful apartment by the sea, full of sun with a great balcony. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are large and very comfortable. Parking is in the private yard of the building. The hosts were very kind and gave us a lot of useful information that made our visit much easier. We had a great time in the apartment and felt at home. I hope we will return one day. Sicily is beautiful. Thank you for everything.

We loved our two-night stay here. The views were spectacular, despite the clouds, and it felt like we had our own little apartment in Taormina. It was a short walk from the restaurants, but a good distance away from the main tourist hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very local. We loved the entrance through the garden into the unit as well.

L'allotjament d'Andrea ha estat excel·lent tan per l'espai com per l'amfitrió. L'espai és acollidor, còmode, net i amb totes les comoditats. L'Andrea ha estat més que puntual, ràpid, concret en les explicacions i ens ha aconsellat uns llocs per anar a menjar totalment meravellosos! Fins i tot ens ha deixat per menjar unes mandarines del seu arbre! Ens hem trobat com a casa, el recomanem amb entusiasme.

Die Kommunikation mit Davide war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Er und seine Frau sind großartige Gastgeber, die hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants geben. Davids Mutter, Gianfranca, empfing uns herzlich und zeigte uns die liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, die den Bildern entspricht. Mit ihrer freundlichen Art und den köstlichen typischen Gebäckstücken aus der Region hat sie uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Sie gab uns eine nützliche Liste mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Terrasse ist schön gestaltet und der Strand, der mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet ist, ist leicht zu erreichen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, und wenn man Lust hat, etwas zu entdecken, gibt es in der Nähe viele wunderschöne Plätze wie Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Savoca, Letojanni und die Liparischen Inseln. Insgesamt hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub und können diesen Ort nur empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder und grazie mille!

Phil was an absolutely amazing host and was so so helpful as we had a few issues completely out of his control however he was still checking up throughout which really made a difference to our stay, the apartment was very clean and bed is so comfy with a lovely couch and TV to relax in, the hot tub was the star of the show with amazing views, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to return, thanks Phil!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und gepflegt. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out ist alles sehr ausführlich beschrieben. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Garten entsprechen der Anzeige und die Lage am Meer ist toll. Federica ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit :)

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super, es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Der Weg zur Villa ist sehr eng, die Eskorte vom Host hat uns beim ersten mal sehr geholfen! Wir würden ein Auto empfehlen, da zu der Stadt bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mindestens 3-4 (steile) Kilometer zurückzulegen sind. Einmal angekommen erwartet euch hier viel Ruhe. Das Meeresrauschen kann man bis auf die Terasse hören, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über San Stefano di Camasta sind nur wenige Schritte über die (absolut ruhige) Straße am Steinstrand zu genießen. Die Villa liegt an einer Bahnstrecke. Hier waren tagsüber einige Züge zu hören, seltener auch Nachts mal ein Güterzug. Die Unterkunft hat absolut alles, was benötigt wird. Kochen, jeden Tag einen (oder auch 2-3) Espresso aus der Kapselmaschine, und romantische Abende bei Kerzenlicht. Der Host hat uns sogar mit Wasser und Espresso zum Start versorgt, super Service! Vielen Dank für die ruhige Unterkunft für unsere Flitterwochen!

Robert is great host, provided all necessary details about place and local shops or restaurants. I can truly recommend this place. Everything was as it was written. And the view was insane. In love with this place and whole city. Communication with Robert was great. Hope that we will be back there :)

Yosef is a very kind guest and is good communicative. The house was great and has a good location for a few days in the region of Etna/Taormina. Definitely a good deal!

The apartment was perfect and it's right next to a beautiful beach. The terrace was great for breakfast in the sun. Theres a great little mini mart down the road that does amazing sandwiches. Incredible communication from Chiara at all times. Highly recommended

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön am Hang mit Blick auf Lipari, Vulcano und bei klarer Sicht sogar auf den Ätna. Es ist super ruhig und man hat alles was man braucht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Graziano ist ein super Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit, egal um was es geht. Wir haben uns wirklich super wohl gefühlt. Wer die Insel erkunden möchte, sollte sich ein Auto mieten. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Santina's lovely home, even if it was just for one night. The house itself was beautiful, located in a peaceful area, which made for a truly relaxing experience. Santina is an incredibly kind and helpful host, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying in our own home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat.

Armando ci ha accolti con amicizia, simpatia ma al contempo mostrando una seria professionalità e competenza. Il posto è molto curato, nuovo e ben congeniato. Nonostante si trovi in aperta campagna sulle pendici dell'Etna gli ambienti sono accoglienti, moderni e trasmettono un calore vissuto legato probabilmente alla storia del palmeto di cui il proprietario ci ha parlato. Il luogo è immerso nel verde e offre una veduta sul mar ionio che spazia da Taormina fino al sud della Sicilia ed è impagabile. Consiglio assolutamente una visita in questo luogo misterioso e affascinante.

Our stay at Francesca’s beautiful home was magical. Waking up to the island and sea views, and ending the day under a sky full of stars, was amazing. Renting a scooter was perfect for exploring the island. Communication with Francesca and Claudia was easy and very friendly. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

Francesco made us feel very welcome. Very warm and friendly host. He even showed us some of his favourite eating spots in Stefano when he picked us up from the station! He was very generous. Always responded quickly to questions and helped us out with some extras. The flat had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. A great outdoor area to relax in the afternoons. Very quiet at nice, some very restful sleeps. The town is a great place to visit. Many amazing restaurants and places to eat and drink. The locals were very friendly. A perfect town for a weeks stay with enough to do to keep entertained. Molto grazie Francesco!

Die geräumige Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, ist sehr sauber und verfügt über eine wunderbar große Terrasse mit wirklich tollem Meerblick. Die Betten sind breit und bequem. Die Schlafzimmerfenster sind zum Glück gut gegen Verkehrslärm isoliert, denn unterhalb des Hauses auf einem Hügel verlaufen eine Hauptstraße und die Bahnlinie. Die Kommunikation mit Viviana lief die ganze Zeit über hervorragend. Der Ort Giardini Naxos ist Geschmacksache. Er ist von Durchgangsstraßen mit viel Verkehr durchzogen, Fußgänger haben das Nachsehen. Die Strandpromenade besteht zu großen Teilen nur aus einem schmalen Bürgersteig. Der Strand ist kein Vergleich zu den Sandstränden im Nordwesten Siziliens. Als pragmatisches Quartier mit guten Busverbindungen nach Catania (1 Stunde) und Taormina (15 Minuten) hat uns die Wohnung mit ihrem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotzdem gefallen. Ein Supermarkt am Strand ist nah und durch eine Unterführung mit Treppen zu erreichen. Nichts für Gehbehinderte.

Appartamento grande, moderno, pulito e accogliente! A due passi dal lungo mare, ma in un posto tranquillo! Nunzio molto disponibile e ci ha dato dei consigli molto preziosi contribuendo a rendere unica questa vacanza! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui!

One of my favorite air BnB experiences ever! It has it all: close to everything, gorgeous views and so much space. The place is modern with so many amenities and breathtaking views. Close to the cable car so you can get down to the beach in minutes and just around the corner walking distance to the main town center. Never needed a car. It’s close to the bus terminal too! The hosts were so responsive and friendly!! 10/10 stars

Emplacement idéal, centre, restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds, plage plus loin (mais accessible à pieds car ça descend et pour remonter il y a le téléphérique). L'appartement, situé dans un très grand complexe, est très spacieux, très bien équipé (seules les salles de bains sont un peu vieillissantes mais très propres). Très grande terrasse, très agréable avec une très belle vue. Fin octobre, il y a peu de soleil sur la terrasse et l'eau de la piscine est un peu froide.

The apartment is based a stone throw from the main area of Taormina and took a couple of minutes to walk to. We were greeted by Anastasia who was super helpful and informative. It would have been difficult to find the apartment for the first time without her help! The shared pool was clean but freezing (it was April so to be expected!) This was a fantastic base to explore Taormina and the wider area from.

Alles super! Sehr sauber, nette Gastgeberin und schöne Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank allerdings etwas laut, was beim Schlafen gestört hat. Toll waren auch die Parkmöglichkeit und kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Strand sowie die Busanbindung nach Taormina:)

Gino der er Davids far tog rigtigt godt imod os, vi følte os straks hjemme, der er lidt langt til spisesteder på stranden, men man kan parkere tæt på stranden, der kan bruges EasyPark tæt på spisestederne.
