Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

House in a hilly area arranged on two levels. On the first floor is the kitchen-living room with direct access from the panoramic terrace, which is ideal for outdoor dining, among other things. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the sleeping area. On the second level, there is a balcony with the same panoramic view as the terrace. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed, and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower stall and a window.

From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely. You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).
