Monthly Rentals in Ginter Park, Richmond

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed for our extended stay. Tall fenced in yard was a plus for the pup. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions!

I cannot say enough about this adorable bungalow and its amazing hostess Mary Kristina. I felt right at home in this cute little house that is spotless and adorably decorated. Mary Kristina was very kind, friendly, shared lots of things to do in the neighborhood, and was just an amazing hostess. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough if you’re going to be in Richmond for any amount of time - whether it’s a quick visit over the weekend like I did or a long-term stay. You won’t regret staying here! <3 :)

I loved staying here! It was super clean, the living room furniture and beds were comfortable, cooking was easy, and it was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels and paper goods. I really liked the decor and felt very much at home. As noted by other guests, it is on a busy street but that never hindered getting in and out easily. Victor and his co-host were kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The Zen Den is beautiful! Lovely layout, very clean, great neighborhood area. I definitely hope to return. Chris is a fantastic host. 5 stars all-around. Highly recommend!
