House vacation rentals in Gilpin County

We fell in love with Granby last year and knew we wanted a ski in/out house instead of a condo this year and this house was perfect! It was just a family of 4 so we didn’t utilize the down stairs but will consider here in the future with friends and their kiddos! Easy access to lift, then take home again down the mountain right back to the road! Super easy.

Great stay! Very clean place with lots of room. Hot tub was great and the short walk across the street to access the ski slope was easy for our family with 3 toddlers.

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

We LOVED the home and how convenient it was to the slopes. We are a family of 5 and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, beautiful and cozy! The views and yard are amazing... we built two snowmen in the backyard and my kids played in the snow for hours, right in the backyard. What a gem!

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

This cabin was the perfect choice for our first ski trip to Colorado. It offered stunning, picturesque views and provided a true mountain experience. The cabin was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Although there’s no TV in the main living area, we didn’t miss it, as we enjoyed great conversation and meals instead. The hosts were also very helpful and communicative. Pros: Spacious, beautiful cabin with great surroundings Fully equipped kitchen, including condiments—ideal for cooking Excellent amenities such as toiletries, games, puzzles, and a baby playpen A few considerations: About 30 minutes from anything, such as gas, groceries, restaurants, etc. Only one shower can be used at a time due to water temperature issues Be sure to hydrate and bring Tylenol if you're not accustomed to the altitude, cabin sits high on the mountain Overall a great experience for our party of 5 adults plus a baby, highly recommend!

My friends were visiting Colorado and wanted to spend the weekend in nature, Stillwater was the perfect spot to unwind. The house comfortably fit eight adults, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the home itself was solidly built, everything felt high quality and thoughtfully designed. It’s just a 15-minute drive to restaurants and casinos, but honestly, we barely wanted to leave. The weekend we stayed, it snowed, and waking up to the most picturesque view—snow-capped trees and a frozen lake—was absolutely magical. The host was also flexible with checkin and checkout which was much appreciated.

We absolutely loved this place! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mindy's cabin! The location was great for us - we skied Eldora three days. I enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood with our dog. The property itself was perfect - feels quite private, hot tub was excellent, well stocked kitchen (it even has an air fryer), plenty of extra towels for the hot tub, kitchen, and bathrooms, the washer & dryer worked perfectly, and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

This is a charming historic property full of interesting antiques and lots of character - just what we were looking for. The caretaker Bob called me the day before and gave me clear instructions on how to get there and where to park, and showed us around the house when we arrived. Slept great and we had so much to talk about with all the interesting furnishings. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Loved the charm!

Gorgeous cabin in secluded, private location close to great hikes in Golden Gate Canyon State Park. We really enjoyed our stay. Some small improvements on toiletries and the kitchenware available would have made it truly exceptional.

The house was very pleasant, and quiet. Veronica always communicatedwith us and always let us know if something was going to happen. Answered all of our question quickly and correctly. Everytging was where she said they would be. We would rent this place again. Awesome host.

A fantastic spot for a mountain getaway. Beautiful views, private atmosphere, spacious hot tub and tasteful furniture. Hosts were friendly and made sure the driveway was plowed since it snowed the weekend we stayed.

Was a great airbnb for a bachelor trip, affordable, comfortable, with a lot of space. There was 7 of us and it was a very nice and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Cabin in the Clouds! We were looking for a place where we could be surrounded by nature, not neighbors, and we found it here! The views were spectacular. We could see so many mountains from the cabin, and the city lights of Denver at night. We loved the hot tub - the lantern was a thoughtful touch to help us get up the stairs to visit the hot tub at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the were plenty of towels. Eldora was 30 minutes away. The dirt roads were manageable in snow, ice, and mud with AWD. The walkway down to the house was a bit steep and tricky to navigate with our luggage through mud/gravel/ice/snow. Watch your step! I'm so glad we booked this place to enjoy the perfect closing weekend at Eldora.

This was our first time to Colorado and it was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the location of the home because it was close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, though it is in direct view of the neighbors home so if you want complete privacy, keep that in mind! Laura’s home was clean and beautifully kept.

The cabin is great!! It was perfect for our plans. We also live in the mountains and are used to the distances! Perfect to disconnect from the city without being so far from the city! The cabin has everything and more, the hosts are super attentive, I highly recommend it! I would definitely come back!

My family of 4 spent spring break from Texas here & what a beautiful experience! It snowed a lot during our stay, so the views were breathtaking. The home was decorated to perfection with cozy beds, towels, nice appliances & plenty of cooking supplies for nice meals up on the mountain with my kids. Smart TVs in every room, shovels for the snow with salt, snacks & refreshments.. these hosts really thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Katherine and Brad’s place! Their home is very comfortable, welcoming and the floor plan brings everyone together while also providing plenty of space for folks to do their own thing. One can read up in the cozy reading nook in the loft while others play board games in the main level and others play shuffleboard or games in the downstairs. The property is beautiful and quiet; wonderful for a family/friends getaway! The hosts are very responsive both before and during the stay; making for a very smooth, easy and fantastic stay!
