The climb up through the village was challenging, especially when coming back from the supermarché, but oh! what views!! We stayed in Bruno's house for two weeks and did some exceptional walks - often in gorges (where the paths did not run directly uphill). We particularly enjoyed the Esteron valley. The rock formations and deformed strata are outstanding .... mind-blowing in some circumstances ..... one of the most interesting places geologically that we have visited. Rocks millions of years old which formed horizontally in the bottom of ancient oceans, some now standing vertically because of tectonic pressure from the movement N/NE of the African plate.

My husband and I just returned from a week visit at Delphine and Chris' place. We absolutely loved it. I think this is one the nicest vacation rentals we have ever booked. The apartment is adorable and has everything you could need. This includes pool towels, robes and kitchen condiments like homemade olive oil. The garden is beautiful complete with a pool and jacuzzi. The hosts are amazing and invited us twice for drinks and snacks. They gave us daily weather updates and suggestions for day trips and restaurants. It is a lovely place to vacation and I would not hesitate to return.

A fantastic location. To do different activities. Very many are a short distance away. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/ bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely unobstructed. The reception is warm, lots of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

What a wonderful place! We had a lovely time in this cosy little house, the beautiful garden and peaceful nature around. Everything is just like in the pictures and even prettier if possible 😇 Flavia and her mother are amazing hosts! Everything was well prepared and they were flexible with our request to stay a bit longer since we were enjoying ourselves so much! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique stay in the south of France ❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was beautiful and private. Amazing view and quiet. The owners prepared a good breakfast for us. Ideal for relaxing in a completely peaceful environment. I recommend it.

We chose Carolyn's accommodation, for the proximity to Nice, the hikes we were able to do in the Nice hinterland. Views of the sea and the mountain. The small terrace. Please note that there is a tram parking a quarter of an hour from the accommodation (Isidore Allianz Arena neighborhood)
