Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Drug store, grocery and fast food all within walking distance (half mile). Community pool.

Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life & lots of restaurants. 20 min from airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties!

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

It is 750sf with a full kitchen, family room, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, laundry, and its own exterior patio with dining, chairs and BBQ. Only minutes to downtown Chandler with a lively restaurant/bar and shopping area. If you love the outdoors enjoy the multiple golf courses, hiking, and biking trails all just a few a miles away. Airport is a short 20 minute drive with easy access to multiple freeways.
