There were 14 people each with their own beds, and the space was efficiently separated, so it was good for a workshop. It was also nice to be able to take a walk in the nearby recreational forest during the afternoon. Great place/Thank you.

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I was able to take a warm rest in a clean indoor space in a quiet neighborhood.

It was the perfect place to stay with family! They prepared well for us to have a barbecue even in bad weather, so we were able to fully enjoy it ~ There were neat tableware and baby tableware, so it was a lodging full of consideration for guests! I really want to stay on my next family trip ^ ^ *

The host was so friendly and nice, always helping us when we needed. He also brought up a plate of strawberries for my group because he wanted to apologize for the construction noise during our stay (which he didn’t need to do but they were delicious!).

It's just as clean and the size is just as accurate as the photos. 100 points if the bowls and tableware are perfect!!

I had such a lovely time with my family at this cozy place! It’s right in the center of Seoul on the main road, so everything’s so easy to get to. McDonald's, Starbucks, Olive Young are all just a short walk away, and we really made the most of them during our stay😁 I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Alex and Susan are very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed! The house is clean, spacious and quiet. Especially friendly for family with kids since they share toys at the house! The house is equipped with almost everything we need. We slept well and it was just like home. It is within walking distance to bus stop and subway station. Highly recommended to those who wish to stay cozy in Seoul.

While location was a little distant away from touristy areas, accommodation was only a short walk away from train station with many food options around. Place was clean and comfy! I enjoyed my stay and will return next time.

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

We had a great stay here. The area is quite international and there are lots of middle eastern places to eat nearby. It's a little out of the way from main attractions, but is so close to the metro that it wasn't an issue. It was definitely worth the price for us and we had a great stay here. The wifi was also great and we were able to complete work calls without issue. Thank you so much!

This is a fantastic apartment. Tessie is an amazing hostess. communication is flawless, shopping/restaurants are all so close. The apartment is less than 50 meters to the subway, the express bus to airport is right across the street. The unit is a large open plan studio type apt w 2 large beds, TV, microwave, sofa, dining table, full kitchen, and a combo washer/dryer. The bathroom is nice and the shower has great water pressure & is big enough for 2 😉. Tessie helped us find a large Korean grocery that was about 4 subway stops that was amazing. This is a gem and Tessie is one of the reasons for this. I can't say enough great things about this apartment. We will definitely stay with her again when we come back to Seoul.

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
