House vacation rentals in Giheung-gu

It's not suitable for several families to hang out, but we had a lot of fun for a day. The swimming pool was too shallow for the kids to play, but they still had fun. The props and decor were pretty, and the floor was warm and nice. Since it was near the graduate room village, there were many places that were delivered until late, and the convenience store was a 2-minute walk away, so it was easy to buy additional necessities. We stayed here, but since it's a big studio type, we couldn't sleep comfortably because of the kids' sleeping habits in an MT-like atmosphere. Still, it was adults were all satisfied with the meeting~

We really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Bella! A few days before, we received not only the codes to get inside but distinct pictures of the area to help guide us to the home. They were really helpful and much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host’s mom who showed us all the amenities so we wouldn’t need to search through every drawer and cabinet. She was so sweet, especially with the kids! There were extra towels (big plus) and surprisingly absorbent. We really like that there were 2 separate toilets! The home was clean and tidy. Flooring was not flat but it wasn’t an issue. However, it may not be good for someone with mobility issues because of the narrow doorways and steps. Otherwise, the home was quaint and cozy - my kids loved it there! The area was amazing because it was quiet AND less than 10 minute walk to Seoul Station. The distance was super convenient because we were tired every single day. We enjoyed our stay. We would be open to staying here again!

The place looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and the kids loved it. I had a lot of inquiries, but it was friendly and quick to respond! I definitely want to visit again next time ^ ^

Awesome place to stay (I was here 13 days)! Very clean, peaceful; many cafe/restaurants around; park around the river I liked to walk there; a metro station 3-5 min to go. Sophia is very friendly, helped me with all my questions, she paid me a taxi from the airport!

I used it well with my family for the holidays

I go to a group resort accommodation like Sonopet all the time. Suddenly, the puppy that was suddenly raised went to the pension often, so I made a reservation to go to a private house. It's a perfectly private space and has all the privacy It's guaranteed, and I don't have to tell you about charcoal. It's ready enough in advance. It's a space where there's nothing lacking. It's clean and I just need to use it cleanly Next time I go, again! I want to tell you in advance. ^ ^

7 adults stayed, and the barbecue facilities were good. I liked that it was clean and quiet I had fun using the karaoke facility until late at night ^ ^

Jasmine’s place was very clean and she even bought us pretty flowers for our stay! The area is quiet at night and has a few late night options for food. She was very quick to respond to messages which was nice! And even held our luggage for us for our late night flight!

I stayed for over a month for interior construction. The house was neatly organized, and there were many stands throughout the house, so the atmosphere was good. It was convenient to use public transportation and there were many amenities nearby, so it was nice.

The surroundings were quiet. Everything was clean and well organized as shown in the photos. Thank you for quickly adjusting the check-in time.

u can exit at no. 13 or from the front of Seoul station which we normally does. it faster but about 15-18 mins of walk if empty handed or w stuff. maybe longer if u hve elderly. responsive host n clear instructions. I like that the floor is clean. we were bare footed. The temp was still cold even though it was spring, it felt like winter n the floor heating was gd. living rm as a cooler blower which we on as the rm as a bit hot fr the heating for some friends. host provided 1 set each guess of bath & hand towel. shower gel, shampoo & hair conditional r provided. Beds are gd. Only one steps up to the gate so it is easy. the common toilet is small n water will splash to the toilet bowl during bath. so need to wipe off. otherwise all gd with this unit. we'd recommend anyone wishing to stay. it's clean & easy to find.

This is an accommodation that was so pretty and comfortable. I felt the consideration for the guests everywhere, and it was the cleanest and neatest place I've been to so far. I’d stay again♡

I went in with 5 people, and there were 4 beds, so 4 people slept in the bed, and one person slept with blankets open. If you don't mind, I remember that there was also one bed that can be a little big for two people in the bed.The house was warm and there were plenty of bedding. There was no inconvenience, so I was very satisfied. The price was also really good.

Miae's place was wonderful. Within walking distance to everything from the food to subway stations. Miae was very responsive and helpful. The area was quiet and the space was just right for our party of 6. Would highly recommend

It's a really good accommodation because there are many beds and it's easy to cook for a large number of people. It's a private house, so it's good because it's private. However, the induction stove is difficult to use multiple shoes, so I cook. It took a while. Apart from that, I recommend it because it is a satisfactory accommodation in the Gyeonggi area.

Fantastic location! I really liked the private entry area, and the fact that this house is so conveniently located. Many restaurants nearby including great vegan restaurants. The hosts were very quick, clear and friendly with their responses.

Amazing and relaxing place very close to Hongdae which has a lot to do

I really like this house, the location is good, close to the subway station, close to Hongdae business district, there is a convenience store and coffee shop at the door. The room is clean and tidy and a conversion plug is also provided ~ Enjoyable stay. I will choose this place again next time I come to Korea.❤️

The host was very responsive, friendly, and proactive in making sure we had a smooth stay. The place was just as shown in the photos; cozy and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere. The location was ideal: quiet and private, yet within easy walking distance of Sinchon Station and Hongdae street, so getting around was effortless. We’d happily stay here again! :)

It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a bus stop nearby, so it's very convenient to get around. There were many Olive Young, Daiso, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay. The room interior is cozy, simple, yet luxurious. The bed was really comfortable, so I was able to sleep well, and the weather was cold during my stay, but the heating worked well, so I was able to stay warm. The hot water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were both sufficient. It was so regrettable to leave on the day of check-out.You should stay here at least once. You'll be surprised by the magazines on the bookshelf and the thoughtfulness of the items you've provided. I think it's really rare to find a place with this quality at this price. It's the best value for the money.

The room looks like as it is in the pictures, it was warm and nice. Host was nice to turn on the floor heating (as it was winter time) for us before we checked in. It takes like roughly 10 to 15 steps of stairs up to the place which is not too much of problem for me. He also allowed us to leave our baggages first before the check in time. Messages were reply promptly too. Thank you for the nice stay!
