The villa, shared with other apartments, is in a beautiful place: I think one of the best views of the Argentario. The home matches expectations and images. It is good for couples or families with children (parties or lively evenings would be incompatible with the tranquility and coexistence rules of the building). It has a very effective air conditioning system in the rooms (and this August was very useful). Access to the sea is quite easy and allows you to snorkel nearby or even, swimming a little, to swim to the equipped beach of Pozzarello (the best beaches are Tuscany Bay and Il Tramonto alla Giannella - 15 min by car, or La Zonca alla Feniglia - 20 min by car, or La Dogana or L'Ultima Beach in Capalbio - 40 min by car). Massimiliana is very proactive and precise and maintains the well-being of guests. In general, a beautiful and relaxing vacation.

I stayed with my family in this lovely apartment, well cared for in detail, comfortable and fresh. Apartment right on the beach with spectacular views. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place, even better location. Clean, quiet and beautiful views:) One thing to note, is that if you’re planing on staying there without the car, prepare to walk pretty high up in order to reach the apartment. I guess that is common in Italy, although we did not think of that. Also, when checking out, there were instructions to take the trash out, but the trash bins were all the way down the hill at the main road. They were also recycling bins, which we were not prepared for. So keep in mind to recycle. Other than that it was nice, quiet stay and we enjoyed the time there :)

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment just outside of the walls of Orbetello historic center (and a less than 10 minute walk into town). The apartment was very spacious with two big bedrooms and a tastefully decorated common area (living room and dining area) with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. The apartment also had two full bathrooms with shower, ideal for two couples or a large family to share for a longer stay. We really appreciated that they bought a new cot for our 4 month old to sleep in during the trip. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels and bed linens for us to use. The location was great too, a quieter neighborhood next to a big hotel surrounded by shops, a short walk to the center and near a very nice seafood restaurant called I Pescatori. The only negative was that it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator so with a baby it’s not that easy. But I’d definitely book again!

Incredible accommodation that is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every sunset on the roof terrace. Access to the sea is unbeatable and truly unique. Our stay was fantastically beautiful, the hosts are very hospitable. We fully recommend the place.

Our stay was incredibly beautiful! Guisi welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything and gave us many helpful tips. She was always available. The route on the last kilometers was a bit adventurous, but quite feasible. The accommodation is secluded from the hustle and bustle, which ensures absolute peace, but also means that shopping facilities are about half an hour away. It didn't bother us, because we were able to plan it well. The views and the beach were absolute highlights! In the morning and evening we had the beach all to ourselves, so our dog could romp in the waves undisturbed. The kitchen is excellently equipped with a microwave, gas stove, sufficient pots and pans and several espresso machines all available. Only one oven is missing. We were there in June and it was already quite warm. For heat-sensitive guests, it should be mentioned that, as stated in the description, there is no air conditioning. It was easy to

Teresa is a really kind and helpful host, she made us find the house perfectly ready and gave us many directions to make the most of the house and the area. The outdoor space is splendid. The interior of the house is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent for reaching both Porto Santo Stefano and the nearby coves. In a few minutes by car you can reach many other places. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

The spacious, clean and bright villa opens directly to the lagoon, making you feel immersed in an enchanted place. The house is equipped with every service and Marta's welcome and availability were impeccable.

We were greeted by Cinzia and another person who spoke English well for explanations. The space was sparkling clean and tidy. A slightly retro and authentic style but with everything you need. It is located at the end of a small alley behind other listings. It is a 10-minute walk to the first beach and 2 minutes to the small supermarket. Air conditioning is a real plus given the summer temperatures. Cinzia is a welcoming and responsive host.

Fantastic location. Amazing views. Direct access to the sea - rocky but easily doable. Facilities and cleanliness TOP. Walk to the city. Giulia's parents live in the house and are very accommodating. Highly recommend! (Extensive construction work takes place in the annex, which cannot be avoided.)

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

This beautiful apartment had a breathtaking view of the sea, absolutely incredible from the balcony, seeing all of Argentario with Porto Ercole and all of Feniglia ,In addition, we enjoyed being able to go down directly and dive into the sea whenever we wanted. Access is a bit unusual, but after a day we got used to it. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need to cook, and simply enjoy the view from one of the two beautiful terraces. We also appreciated how quiet and safe it was, as well as having a private parking space, a relief after facing the challenge of parking in Liguria We highly recommend this stay!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

House in a magnificent location. 20 steps and you're on the beach. Reserved parking spot and outdoor space. Basement house with walls against the ground a little damp due to recent rains but dehumidifier and heating were provided to remedy. The house is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very kind and very responsive owner. I highly recommend it.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment in Porto Ercole with an amazing terrace overlooking the harbour. The apartment is large, comfortable beds with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Violante and family were great hosts throughout. Highly recommended apartment in an incredible location!

The stay in Walter's apartment was very comfortable and practical. The location was in fact perfect for visiting the most beautiful coves of Monte Argentario and relaxing at the thermal baths of Saturnia. Walter was super helpful and gave us great tips on activities and restaurants in the area.
