My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.

The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

Welcome to Heidenheim. Quietly located in a prime residential area with very good bus connections is our beautiful 2-room apartment plus private bathroom and kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are self-evident. A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. No pets allowed. No parties. Longer stays on request.

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the hot tub and sauna with outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with a maximum of 2 kids). Our apartment on the 2nd floor has a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) for a maximum of 2 children and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Our terrace can be used by our guests. Pets on request.
