A nice little apartment, on the farm we were able to move freely, ate outside and used the fireplace regularly, Elmar provides wood free of charge. There are beautiful places and excursion destinations in the area, which are also easy to explore by bike. We were very pleased.

We liked the Jägerstube right from the start. A great log cabin in a quiet location. Everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail and just perfect for a little break from everyday life. And on top of that, there is the possibility to use a hot tub. He's worth his money in any case 😉 We enjoyed our stay in Alt Schönau very much and will certainly come back. Thanks again, Michaela. Those who like peace will love the silence. During the high season, there is certainly more going on. But we prefer the off-season and were very satisfied in every way. It was like coming home and that's how it should be. Thanks again for having us. We will be happy to come back. 👍

If you need some rest and want to switch off, this is the place to be. With Hanka and Juan, you have incredibly helpful hosts who really do a lot to make your stay perfect. The apartment makes you feel right at home and the amenities are also impeccable and as indicated. Even on colder days or bad weather, you can definitely spend your time in the accommodation. There are even board games available! Small tip: Before you go to a grocery store, take a look at the village store, which really has a lot and you hardly need to go shopping outside of Gessin. It was really very nice all around and we actually have no point that is negative or that needs special attention.
