We felt very comfortable. The communication was free and very accommodating. Check in via code box was simple and functional. Luxury with sauna and jacuzzi tub tubs.

We stayed in the cottage for a week and felt very comfortable. We were especially enthusiastic about the lovingly designed terrace - very high feel-good factor! We didn't see any comparable ones throughout the park! The house is clairaudient, it creaks here and there, but bearable... The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, kitchen top. Sauna top - quickly hot and even lying space for 2 people. Lake is 5 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work well - but some digital detoxing is also good. All in all - Recommended!

An absolute gem in size, we lacked nothing and we all had imaginable amenities inside as well as outside in abundance! :) In the fully equipped kitchen we were able to take care of ourselves completely! In the beds, thanks to the very good mattresses, we slept like princes & princesses :) Evening there is red deer to watch in the field opposite and tomorrows, at breakfast in the beautiful garden, we are greeted by cranes, a dream. The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated, my favorite was the conservatory, with its oversized sofa that invites you to dream, wander into the distance and devour a good book:) Christian and Elisabeth provided us with 2 bicycles, with which we could make 2 nice excursions. We stayed a few days over Easter with the extended family and just had a fantastic time!

A very nicely refurbished house: clean, comfortable and cozy. Good kitchen, bathroom and nice bed. You can walk into the woods from the house. The house is located behind another house, where tenants of Maja live. One of the renters welcomed us, that was all very neat. Our dogs were all welcome. We were there during the turn of the year, looking for some peace and not so many fireworks. That was a success.

We had a great time staying here in a group of 8. Christina and Knut are excellent hosts, and very friendly. The sauna is a big plus!

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

I can recommend the property 100%. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to arrive well before 5 PM. There were drinks for us in the fridge and ice cream in the freezer to welcome us. The apartment was clean and likeable, equipped with masses of games for rainy days. From table tennis to campfires to bicycles for all ages, it had it all. Since the train to Rostock stops 100 meters from the house once an hour, even a car would not be absolutely necessary. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back! We had a great time in Ludwigsburg. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. There is nothing missing in the house; whether kitchen utensils, dishes, games, blankets, toys, seat cushions - everything is available. We (or our daughter) especially loved the game room and the treehouse in the garden (even if the latter unfortunately had to be dismantled during our stay to repair the rotten posts). At this point, there is a special thank you to the caretaker Dirk, who still built the house in a playable way in the garden. The location of the house is quiet in a tranquil village with nice neighbors. The beach path leads directly to beautiful beaches and the sleeping trees (very worth seeing), the neighboring towns of Loissin and Lubmin are also very worthwhile due to the beautiful beaches. Overall, the region offers great excursion destinations, whether by car or bike. In the shed there is also a considerable selection of bicycles incl. Child seat and trailer. Perfect!

It was a lovely stay at Stephan's place. A quiet environment and just idyllic. The dogs were also very enthusiastic. We will be happy to come back!

We felt right at home in the house. Communication with Inken worked out great. The house is very nice and cozy and well equipped.

There were four of us in Sabine's house for a cozy vacation week and it was really very relaxing and nice. In the house we felt very comfortable, it has the most beautiful ceramics and otherwise we were allowed to use everything on site. Also in the kitchen, the spices were great for evening cooking. Especially nice on warm days was the large garden, very quiet, with butterflies and bees and also the coolness of the house. In the evening you can see a great starry sky and Sabine's tips for the area led us, among other things, to a great lake for swimming. Thanks and I'd love to come back!

A small, tastefully decorated house with a large shaded garden in a charming setting and a friendly and accommodating hostess - definitely a recommendation!

Sweet, cozy and pretty cottage in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac place, fireplaces, raft, beer garden, …). Nice and very open owners!

The area is very pretty and quaint. It was a fantastic stay in a great house. We enjoyed the countryside getaway as a family very much! Just FYI, pay attention to supermarket opening hours and distance so you’re not left without supplies (especially on a Sunday when they’re closed 😉) We bought local honey, eggs, celery, leeks, and beetroot and some other bits as we would stop along the way showing the locals love.

We stayed with Tom for the weekend with the whole family and had a great time. It is fantastically beautifully decorated and everyone had fun. The beautiful large garden with trampoline and fireplace has delighted everyone. For some, the beds could be a bit hard. We were even provided with firewood and you could buy homemade honey for a fair price. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards, Rike

Nina's house is beautiful, the garden is really big and the kitchen is well equipped - we immediately felt at home and are already looking forward to our next visit!
