Beach-close apartment on former farm

The apartment is located in the idyllic village of Bendfeld, which impresses with its rural charm. It is easily accessible by car and offers a variety of bike tours through the dirt roads to the beach, lake or forest. The apartment is located on the south side on the second floor overlooking the farm garden, which offers plenty of seating, including a barbecue area. The entrance area was gutted around winter. During the summer, you don't have to worry about noise. It will only be further renovated in winter.

Die Deelenwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des historischen Landhauses, das wohl einst zum Gut Lammershagen gehörte . Die zur Wohnküche umgebaute ‚Deel‘ ist das Herzstück der 50 qm großen Wohnung, die mit Klavier (eher charmant als perfekt gestimmt), Badewanne, Terrasse und Strandkorb ausgestattet. Als Eingang dient die große Deelentür, der Windfang ist der Eingang zur anderen Ferienwohnung.. Selenter See 15, in den Ort 5 Minuten zu Fuß, 17 km zur Ostsee (20 Minuten im Auto).

Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: a private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. The room can also sleep 3 people as it would be large enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. Our family consists of me, my wife and our two sons (8 years and 5 years) as well as our dog.

The Hygge house is cozy, clean and very lovingly decorated, everything has been thought of. We had a great week there. The location is perfect for excursions to the many beautiful lakes and the sea. We enjoyed the magnificent nature and the tranquility very much. Franzi and Theo are great hosts, always available and very helpful and yet reserved. All in all a perfect place to unplug.

Beautiful place. Everything still very new, super clean, cozy and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, I don't think I've ever slept so well in someone else's place. Communication and check-in/check-out were straightforward and fast. For the children there were books, games and a large garden to romp around. Very nice hostess, we would book with Marie-Theres again at any time.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The garden was absolutely enchanting, with plenty of cozy spots to relax and unwind. It was so peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful lakes nearby and the sea just a short drive away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat.

We had a great time at Marie's home. We looked forward to the breakfast conversations with Marie which came with a host of local recommendations. The beautiful beach and lighthouse so close to the place was the icing on the cake. We felt like we were in a home away from home.

we spent 1 night, in transit, at Hannes' farm, the surroundings and the farm were very nice. The accommodation is rather outside and you have to have a good navigation system, for a night a bit complicated to get to, but if you want to stay longer and seek peace and nature, the farm is just the right thing. The place was small but super clean and well maintained.

Ann-Kathrin was extremely friendly and accommodating, helpful and personable. The chic large apartment was decorated by her and her husband with style and taste. The amenities are unusually complete. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with high-quality brand appliances or fittings. The town of Selent, with its supermarkets and bakeries, offers everything self-catering guests need in everyday life. From Selent, you can take beautiful bike tours off the main roads or walks, for example, to Lake Selent, which is only a few minutes from Ann-Kathrin's apartment. In addition, the place is quite centrally located to get to Kiel, Plön, Preetz, Fehmarn or the Baltic Sea coast by car. We therefore recommend Ann-Kathrin's apartment(s) with all our hearts!
