Mauro was very kind and very accommodating, he contacted us a few days before check-in to give us the necessary information. The house is very nice, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. We'll most likely consider it again in the future.

Very sleek and clean apartment in an upper area of Rome. Metro is nearby and the bus to downtown is next to the metro station. We were able to park the car in the garage (which looks a little scary). Ecaterina is very helpful and responds quickly to messages and is also curious if everything is to your liking. Supermarket is around the corner and there are also a few restaurants nearby where you can eat (also pick up). On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave the car in the garage so that we could get into the city center. Very nice!

Davide is a good host. The place was prepared for my arrival. All the needed infrastructure was there. Davide was always active and helpful. All issues were solved soon and with a good communication. Really appreciate staying there.

Margherita is a wonderful host. She responds quickly to all messages and is very kind. Due to arriving at night, she allowed us to self check-in. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit older, but everything is clean and the most important appliances (like a bed, some of the bathroom fixtures) are new. The only downside is the location - on the outskirts of the city, but it is quite easy to get to the center (the bus from the house takes us to the end of the metro line A), so it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center, all on one ticket (valid in Rome for 100 minutes and allows for transfers). On the ground floor of the buildings there are two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a coffee bar, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
