Monthly Rentals in Γιαννούδιον

A small apartment perfect for a few days in Rethymnon. The location is ideal. it is easy to find a place for the car on the adjacent streets (in April). the apartment has a very nice balcony at the end of the day to watch the sunset. Finally, the hosting was very specific about the directions and warm. A very good choice.

We spent a week at 6 in the house and we leave with memories full of heads… the house is big, nice, clean, very well decorated and the view is worth it! As for Christos, he is a very responsive and kind host, we have nothing to complain about except a big thank you for this holiday!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Kostas' place! The location in the mountains of Crete is simply fantastic and offers a breathtaking view that has fascinated us every day. The house was perfectly equipped, ideal for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The pool with towels and all kinds of amenities such as toys was great, clean, well maintained and the water was checked regularly, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. We enjoyed the BBQ corner as well as the ping pong table and the garden on several levels. Kostas was a great host, always helpful, friendly and full of great tips for exploring the surroundings. Thank you, Kostas, for the wonderful time, the little gifts and the warm hospitality! We would come back back.

We stayed for 4 weeks in November, enjoyed every minute of the well-appointed and comfortable apartment. Many local shops and restaurants close at the end of October, and the neighborhood was quiet and serene! The hot-tub was wonderful, we spend many hours enjoying the terrace, and cooked many amazing meals in the kitchen, which has top of the line appliances. Local ingredients were very high quality,and being able to cook them in such a luxurious setting was amazing! Statamis was unfailingly kind and helpful, and offered restaurant and shopping recommendations. We would return any time. Thank you Stamatis, for a very enjoyable and peaceful place to unwind and relax.
