Spacious and comfortable two-room apartment equipped with everything you need. A "two-step" walk from the marina with its promenade full of restaurants, clubs and shops. Very present host and responsive to requests. Super recommended.

Perfect location, very close to the sea and a quarter of an hour from the center. The house perfectly reflected the description and we had no trouble finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Michela was fantastic, we had a problem with the water heater upon our arrival and she promptly found a solution for us by paying us one night in a hotel next to the house, and also refunded us the first night of our reservation. Host accurate in directions and quick to respond. Nothing to object to.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Perfect stay, the apartment is pleasant and in a good location. Riccardo and Serena are charming and available, warm welcome from Serena, flexible check-in and good communication. I particularly appreciated Serena's availability on checkout times. I highly recommend this place, good location and with all amenities. Orbetello is worth a visit.

Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

We had a great time! The place is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees and very relaxing. The pool is beautiful and the area is lovely. Alessandro was very hospitable, he made us find everything perfect and gave us a bottle of wine produced by them, very good! Renato is super helpful and nice. Unforgettable stay!!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay there, will come back anytime

This stay was beautiful in the day, at night, and even in the rain. It’s a gorgeous location looking out at the hills and farms. Had a lovely welcome from Ulla and met Ralf walking about in their property. We were happy to have stayed here and would love to come back.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

The apartment matched the description we had read in the listing, but the photos did not fully represent the beauty of the place. The view is fantastic and has a beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful moon every night. The house has everything you need for a vacation, the only downside is not having the washing machine for exclusive use but in the end we were able to wash everything as needed. Isolina has a precious treasure in her hands that you feel you have to preserve as if it were your own, even if for a few days. It was a refreshing vacation for us.

This was an excellent experience. The host (Alex) was very friendly and welcoming, and a wealth of information about what to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully crafted, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you needed. I had a small issue and Alex fixed it immediately. The pool area is fantastic and a walk down the valley through the vineyard is highly recommended. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Love love love Montepulciano and Monica’s place is an ideal location to experience the area. The apartment was cozy, clean and has beautiful views! Love this stay!
