Monthly Rentals in Ghorashal

This is our 3rd stay and we had a great time for the past 1 month here. Ashraf's place was not only incredibly welcoming but also perfectly equipped and felt like home. I live in the USA and needed a place to stay in Basundhara area in Dhaka. After doing a lotta research, I cam across this place. Right before this, I stayed in 3 other AirBnBs in Thailand and none of those AirBnBs were as nice as this one. The host was super professional, very friendly and helpful. He even replaced the microwave with a brand new one at my request. The unit is 5-7 min walking distance to Apon departmental store where you will find everything including a cafe/restaurant. It’s also 7-10 min walking distance from Rupayan shopping complex where there are a few restaurants, other stores and Swapno departmental store. The building is in a safe location (entire Basundhara area is very safe) and the rooftop terrace really adds more pleasant experiences to your stay. AC was super cold, interior was very nice and clean, wifi was fast. I really enjoyed staying at this AirBnB.

Naila was extremely helpful and responsive as a host, especially with coordinating convenient times for the cleaner to come and wash laundry. The flat was perfect for my needs, and was fully furnished so I didn’t need to make any extra purchases for my months stay. The area has a couple of local friendly restaurants and is next to a market place so buying groceries is extremely convenient. It’s also near one of the best hospitals in Dhaka and a host of other good restaurants and services. It was a little tricky to find initially, but no more so than any other place around there. There is also a lovely view from the rooftop.
