A simple retreat in the ancient heart of the city. Exposed stone, an authentic atmosphere, and a minimalist style. We've eliminated unnecessary costs to offer you a low rate, but in return, we ask for a small favor: Bring your own sheets and towels. A simple agreement to open up the Maremma to everyone. Sheets and bathroom sets are provided upon request, but with an additional charge. No limited traffic zone (ZTL), loading and unloading of luggage at your door. Free public parking a few meters away.
