Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ghent

We felt very comfortable in the house. Unfortunately, it was only 3 days that were filled with a lot of program, so we could hardly enjoy the beautiful house and the great garden. The house was loving, cozy and very practically furnished, the beds were comfortable and everything sparkling clean. Leen was totally sweet and accommodating, responded directly to questions and helped. We will be happy to come back!

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

Spacious and nicely decorated accommodation in a rural and quiet area. Enjoyed the sunny terrace and garden. The space with pool table was a nice extra.

The stay was really great. Even the nice welcome message made us smile. The view of the lake is fantastic. The garden is fenced, which is great because we had a dog with us. There were even extra towels for the dog's paws. So here, too, we thought along with you in a totally loving way. The accommodation had everything you needed and above all, everything was clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom upstairs is open to the bedroom, you should know that. So there's no door. But that didn't bother us, because there is also a toilet with a door downstairs ;-) All around we can absolutely recommend this place and say thank you for a great stay :-)

A beautiful place in a peaceful setting to disconnect. We loved staying here. The house is surrounded by nature and animals, perfect for relaxing and forgetting the everyday. Ernest is a beautiful apartment, we immediately felt at home. Bonus is the terrace with outdoor table and chairs. Here wonderfully seated in the sun and enjoyed the good life. Also for my mother who runs a little worse, the center was easily accessible on foot. Also within walking distance of the Vrijbroekpark where you can run, walk and sit on the terrace. We had good and quick contact with Lisbet, in short: our stay was wonderful and we definitely recommend it!

It was a very good stay in Tholen. We enjoyed the coziness in the town. The cottage met all expectations and it was super nice that we could sit in the garden with that beautiful weather. Nice that halfway through there was a message from the host if everything was okay. A big 10!

Our stay went very well, the place was peaceful and pretty well connected to Brussels, Antwerp or Ghent. Bernadette's accommodation is clean and well appointed, I recommend it!

Staying with Krosje, was a great experience. Her communication and flexibility around check in was great. Krosje, went above and beyond, helping my father and I with directions and planning a cycling route, as we had our bicycles. Also she made a reservation for dinner on, our behalf at a great local restaurant. The apartment was spotless and well thought out. Thanks for a great and welcoming stay Krosje.

This is the third time we've come to Patrick's. No surprises, everything is as expected. Contact with Patrick is always pleasant Only small reservation, but Patrick has nothing to do with it, the traffic conditions on Rixensart, La Hulpe do not improve... We had a lovely weekend. Log cabin was neat and looks super nice. Hottub was also wonderful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast is also definitely recommended.

We stayed here with our 2 children for one night. Located in Patrick's very beautiful garden, overlooking the fields. We'll save this address for the next time, although it will be for longer than 1 night. Great!

Had wonderful days in a great cottage with beautiful garden. Reception was great. There is so much to experience in this region we will definitely come back. We didn't use the car and were able to do everything on the bike. This cottage is highly recommended.

The location was just excellent and the perfect place for us to explore Belgium & The Netherlands. It is so peaceful and quiet, plenty of space to relax. We visited with our four year old cocker spaniel, who had a great time. The road to the property is extremely bumpy but well worth the slow and steady journey! Although you are out in the wilderness, which is very relaxing, there are also so many amenities within a ten minute drive. All the locals are so very friendly. My wife who is a huge nature lover, spotted plenty of birds, bunnies and even a deer! Not that it is the owners or properties fault at all, just part of the wilderness, but we did have quite a few ticks on our dog from the garden - so just ensure they are up to date on treatment and have a tick comb handy! Anne was a wonderful host and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to return in future.

Very good stay, the hosts are super welcoming and very responsive by message. The property matches the photo. We were in our little cocoon surrounded by nature.
