Monthly Rentals in Getzville, University at Buffalo

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but very close (within walking distance) of restaurants, bars and cute shops. The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, an added bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks Cheryl and Lance provided for our arrival. Great hosts!

Steven's place provided us space we needed in a convenient location. Plenty of space for all of us to relax/sleep separately but also to gather for game night and pizza.

Enjoyed the home for the Thanksgiving holiday and my father’s birthday celebration at a local restaurant. Garage access is definitely a nice feature for stays during colder / rainy weather. The automatic lights for the steps and bathroom were convenient and an added safety measure.
