Located in a quiet area surrounded by housing, playground, pizzeria, school, parking, office with walking distance to the city center where there are lots of cozy restaurants and shops as well as to beaches with nice swimming. Please note that there is a major construction project in Varberg, tunnel construction, double track and new station building that may affect the area where the house is located, mainly weekdays during the day.

I, my husband and our newborn twins live in the house next door and are available for any questions. There is a parking space for car on the property, please note that additional parking spaces are difficult to find in the immediate area.
