Our cozy log house is located on the beach with beautiful views over Färjsundet. The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and air heat pump. There is one double bedroom, one loft with two single mattresses as well as one sofa bed. The jetty is located at the beach which is swimming-friendly and has a boat place. Fishing permit can be bought in Godby. The cottage is only 2 km from Godby center, about 16 km from Mariehamn and 9 km from the golf course.

Boathouse cottage including kayaks, boat and bikes

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

Fagerudda sauna is secluded with its own beach only 500 meters from Björnhofvda Gård. From the parking area, the beach sauna is accessed via a beautiful hilly 200m long forest path down to the sea.

We were warmly welcomed by Rikard and fell in love with the house immediately. It is equipped with everything you need. There are several seating options outside, a private jetty with sun loungers, you can use the small motorboat, a sauna, just so many ways to experience and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Rikard was always available when we had questions. We will certainly be happy to come back. Thank you very very much

A great place to be! A cozy little house in the middle of nature, on a cliff by the sea, small but orderly with just what you need. Lovely with both sauna, swimming in the sea and cooking outdoors. Helpful host who sent clear instructions about what you needed to know.

Pia's cozy log cabin has a beautiful location right on the sea with a wooden sauna and private jetty with a bench as well as 4 other wooden terraces outside for sitting. The vacation home is very clean and well equipped. Our highlight was not only fascinating nature with a view of the water and archipelago - also from the living-dining room and kitchen - but also the tranquility and being able to see the Northern Lights in August. A real dream place.

Fantastic cottage with absolutely magical view. For those seeking convenience, you should be aware that there is a hand dish and shower from the sauna and no tap water. But for us it was a bit of the charm to get so far out and get to enjoy the environment and nice and warm decor. We are so happy and the second time we rent this cabin.

The cottage of Sven and Eva is beautiful and simply fantastically located. We had a great week in Lemland and would be happy to come back. Although we did not meet in person, communication with Sven and Eva went smoothly. They even made our extra requests possible.

Charming nature cottage with private location

The overall 5 star review is due to the unbeatable location and the house was clean. Both the house and the boathouse however, need some maintenance and could be a bit more tidy. We liked the great view: water and nature from every window of the house. The water is shallow, preventing motorboats to come nearby. This is increasing the quietness, but is not ideal for true swimming. What we really did not like is that the renewed window of the sleeping area with the 120 bed can not be opened, so no fresh air. The windows in the living room are to old to be opened, so no fresh air from there as well. Due to the excellent location we had a great week in the house, but considering price we expected a better maintained house. Insect screens would have made our stay even better.

We had a great week in Åland. The house is fantastically beautiful and peaceful. There is a lot to do for with nice beach, rowing boats, maybe and sauna. In the house there was everything you need and everything was clean and nice. Great communication with the host Maria. Would love to come back.

Home away from home :) Ronny’s house locates in a peaceful neighbourhood with a beautiful sea view. House is very well equipped and provides a perfect homebase when exploring the beautiful islands and archipelago. Ronny’s wooden-heated sauna gives ones of the best ’löyly’ ever :) House is easy to reach. When traveling by car it feels like distances to many locations in Åland are only a stonecast away. Ronny is very helpful and responds quickly. Warmest of recommendations to stay at Elofs hus in Åland.

Live like Stormskärs Maja on your own island!

We had a great time at Linda’s island. She will bring you to the island by boat and shows you around and how to use the facility. You live in a cosy hut which is very well thought out, even the view from the windows is like watching a painting. It is simple but very functional, I liked this a lot. I never felt missing something. The beds are super comfy and spacious, can’t remember I ever slept that good in a foreign bed. Then there is silence, a lot of silence. The waves and wind, some birds and sometimes a boat passing by, nothing else to hear, just what I expected. It felt like home after a short while, I really enjoyed it. You could always relay on Linda, she was unbelievable helpful and friendly. Thanks you so much for having us!
