The cottage is in a beautiful spot just a few meters from the sea as well as pub & shop on the doorstep & footpaths in all directions. The cottage itself is very stylish with all of the comfort and equipment needed . The beds & sofa are really comfortable and even though the cottage is in the centre of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Very highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 5 day in Chywartha in Portscatho. Weather was beautiful, the house was very comfortable with lovely views, good parking, friendly neighbours and close to the centre of the very attractive village of Portscatho. It was well equipped with plenty of room for 6 people. Portscatho has a very friendly village pub in The Plume of Feathers and an excellent restaurant/pub in The Standard. John was very helpful with his instructions on the house's location, access and notes on parking.

Really enjoyed our stay. Portscatho is lovely as is the house. The only downside is the lack of parking immediately outside the house, but we were able to find free parking nearby and unload and reload the car directly outside the front door of the house without affecting any neighbours so it wasn’t really a problem. The house is cosy and in a great location. The sea is on your doorstep and for a small village there’s plenty of options for food and drink. Would definitely stay again and Nic was a really helpful and responsive host

A perfect tiny home in the most gorgeous village. We didn’t use the car once as everything was in walking distance. A wonderful location to explore the coastal path and even though it rained on our last day, we were cosy inside for a film day. Highly recommend! Thank you Sarah!
