I recently returned for my second stay at this fantastic Airbnb in San Antonio, and I couldn't be happier! Richie is incredibly welcoming and focused on ensuring my stay is perfect. The space itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated, blending comfort with style. I loved the cozy living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after exploring the city. This time we also used the pool which was extremely refreshing. Location-wise, it's perfect. Just a short drive to all the main attractions, yet located in a peaceful neighborhood. You are right on the Riverwalk so it’s super easy to walk to almost all key locations. Overall, my experience was just as great as the first time! I can't recommend this place enough and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for another memorable stay!

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! We have stayed in dozens of home. This ranks up there in the top 5, but the host is #1. What set him above the rest? I asked for an early check in. He said he would need to get back to me as the previous guest will be checking out the morning we are arriving. He advised that he put a reminder in his phone. Friday morning arrived and I didn’t need to follow up with him, he followed up with me just as he said he would do. That kind of follow through is HUGE! I am very happy with Jay! The place was immaculate, penthouse decor. Picture perfect!

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. Hope we will be fortunate enough to visit again. Hosts were very helpful, warm, and gracious. Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage.

Angela’s place was perfect! Super close to the riverwalk and the lock bridge + much more. Excellent location. Added plus was the bed was super super comfortable. I recommend!

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

This was a really nice place to stay. Had all the conveniences of home. Was right off the highway which made it easy to get everywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay there again.

This is a truly lovely place, near enough to Wimberley but isolated enough that you feel away from it all. It's exactly what we were looking for and I expect we'll return!

Was beautiful and was exactly as described. The house was very clean and well equipped. Although it was just my wife and I staying, it would be great for two couples. It was very private and and quiet. We really enjoyed our trip.

Came here with a group of 9 and we felt right at home. Laura had thought of everything and we did not go without! The views were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Great location if you're looking to go tubing or to Canyon Lake. Laura was also super responsive and attentive to our needs. Only complaint is that our vacation wasn't long enough! Will absolutely be back again!

We've had some amazing hosts and Christina is definitely top 3! So friendly and helpful. I asked about the grill (it's charcoal). She said a store (1/2 mile away) had charcoal, but when we showed up a full bag was waiting by the grill! We had such a relaxing time at her place. Plenty of firewood and kindling, so we used the fire pit every evening (actually saw a great-horned owl one night!). If you want to get away, this is the place.

Victor was very accommodating with our pets, and very responsive to all questions we had. His house was perfect for what we needed, We attended my Brothers Funeral, it was a convenient location to Fort Sam Houston. Thank you Victor for your Hospitality!! Glenn O Indio, Ca.

I stayed here for a week while attending a professional training at Texas State, and had no issues. Terrell and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming. The area is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this listing to anyone considering staying here!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Great spot on the Comal River. Made it easy to float, and quickly get back to the Airbnb. Communication was good, and the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will stay there again in the future.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Natalie’s place for 5 nights (Sunday-Friday) so my son could attend a camp in NB. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I worked from the apartment while my son was at camp, and I didn’t have any trouble with the internet. The pool and large yard was perfect for children! I expected noise to be an issue because it seemed many others in the complex were there on vacation but we never heard any of the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again next year if Natalie’s place is available!
