Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. "Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.
