Great communication around arrival and check-in. Very nice place providing great value for money for big family. Location is near city center which makes it convenient.

Awesome stay in the best of Neighbourhoods, Tram and Metro right outside, and very nice check in service. I would recommend this to everyone going to Berlin. The rooms are wonderful and spotless and their office is open 9Am-5 daily which is very nice!

Very nice and modern furnished apartment, the living room offers a lot of light and a view through its large windows all around. A large and covered balcony invites you to sit outside. The breakfast room is also modern and tasty, the same applies to the "beer garden" The operators of the hotel are super nice!

Great location, very functional room me and my wife stayed here for a week and we’re incredibly impressed by how much stuff was nearby and how easy it was to access all the great parts of the city

We spent two nights in the beautiful Black F Tower and felt right at home when we entered the room. We were very satisfied with amenities and furnishings. I would recommend it at any time.

Great , very nicely furnished apartment, very modern and very clean. We had a great terrace with 2 chill chairs and a table with 2 chairs where we could stay and eat there too. Downtown and attractions are all nearby and within walking distance. Contact was also great, everything worked great. The great place to stay in Munich! Clean, bed is comfortable, everything you need! Germans should be proud- there is a strong association with the quality, that Germany famous worldwide😌☺️ The only one drawback it is not refundable- right from the first day you booked this place...

Great experience and definitely worth it, Sevim was very helpful and always makes sure that the house is very well organized and clean, and my flatmates were so nice, I'd say it is one of the best experiences I had in a shared apartment.

The stay at the place was very pleasant. Manfred was super friendly at all times and was there as a point of contact. Even with problems with the internet, he responded without any time delay and was able to fix the problems as quickly as possible and permanently. Overall, the entire stay was very pleasant and communication with Manfred was friendly and knowledgeable at all times. I would always choose this accommodation again.

The room was great, as described in the Airbnb post. The hosts can communicate in English too which made it easy for me right at the beginning. The neighborhood is quite peaceful despite being in the inner city. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Mr. Ian's Airbnb. He was not only humorous and always made us laugh, but also very enthusiastic and provided us with rich local travel tips and thoughtful suggestions. These tips included hidden attractions and local food that we might miss, making our travel experience more enriching and unique. Mr. Ian's apartment was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located. We could take the DB train directly to the big cities such as Düsseldorf, Bonn, Cologne, and Aachen. And this apartment is just 10-15min far away from the train station on foot! We felt warm and comfortable like home. Mr. Ian also provided us the nice coffee when we arrived and shared a lot of valuable, interesting experience about his dancing story:) Thank you very much for Mr. Ian's hospitality, we highly recommend his Airbnb to anyone planning to travel or long-stay here!
