Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

The approx. 18 m² construction trailer offers a cozy overnight stay for up to two people in a 1.40 m wide sleeping bunk in summer and winter. In the trailer there is an equipped pantry kitchen with a 2-plate stove, fridge and hot water. The bed is about 140 x 200 cm with a few centimeters of "air" at the head and foot end. Next to the construction trailer is an odorless composting toilet. The bathroom is in our house and must be shared with us.

The location is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Allgäu.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
