Best Host and Best apartment for us. We stayed 6 years every year.

Manuel is a great host. The apartment is very modern, quiet and clean. Not many restaurants around the neighborhood but can easily take the train to the old town. Good spot. He’s very responsive and kind.

I would like to share my experience with the studio accommodation I recently tried. The studio was beautiful and well-equipped, with details that enhance comfort. Advantages: 1. **Easy Entry and Exit**: You can enter and exit easily, with a small fee for extended stays. 2. **Fully Equipped Kitchen**: It has a kitchen that meets individual needs. 3. **Homey Atmosphere**: It creates a feeling of being in your own home. 4. **Strong Internet Connection**: It offers excellent internet and a large TV. 5. **Available Parking**: There are parking spaces close to the entrance. Disadvantages: 1. **Difficulty Opening the Outdoor Door**: The electric door can sometimes get stuck. Overall, I highly recommend this studio and would happily rely on it again.

Like every year, we felt completely comfortable. The apartment has a top location to the beach, the contact is super nice. Special greetings to Ms. Kaiser! The house is currently investing in order to keep everything up to date. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in HOME Suite 5 and felt very comfortable. Both the communication with the landlord and the holiday apartment support on site were friendly, fast and professional. We had a small technical issue and could have had an electrician in the apartment the next day to fix that. We didn't want to spend our vacation days with craftsmen appointments and therefore gratefully declined, but were really enthusiastic about the commitment! The apartment is very chic and well maintained. The bathroom is a bit smaller than we had expected, but we were enthusiastic about the large balcony: here you can park several bicycles if you are in the Harz for biking! We will be happy to come back :)

Sandra was an extremely kind and helpful host! The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was amazing - super close to many museums, major sights, good restaurants, the train station, and so so much more! We loved our stay in Berlin, and are very grateful to our host. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit :)

Friendly host, gives you all the necessary information, offers further information if necessary, inquires if everything is okay, and is at the same time pleasantly reserved (doesn't annoy, but you know if something should be, he takes care of it). Check-in is very easy and attention is paid to details in the furnishing and preparation of the apartment, we enjoyed it very much. The bed was a little short for my relatively large partner, but we could have seen that from the photos beforehand. Location and views are of course super nice. We would book again.

As always, good communication, nice reception, sparkling clean accommodation and a well-stocked fridge that leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back if we can.

Really high-quality amenities, best materials. Apart from a difficult communication due to dead spots in the Black Forest, so that the check-in was a little difficult, but Roland couldn't do anything about that, it was a wonderful stay in an extremely pleasant apartment! Anytime again!!

We stayed with Toto over New Year's Eve. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge and a toto, who first drank a beer with us and showed us his apartment. It was super nice. Toto is likeable and a great host. Just in time at noon, Toto and his girlfriend then greeted us on the terrace for the new year and toasted with us. Good location, clean place, responsive host, worth recommending

A very comfortable house. Fully equipped. Spacious bedrooms, good beds. Large " kitchen", with large dining table and good equipment and more than fully furnished. Wood stove, the wood and kindling was ready, incl. lighter! Large hobby room with billiards, shuffleboard, workout equipment and delicious, spacious sauna. Around the house in various places spacious seating with fire pits etc. Everything has been thought of and present. Surprisingly beautiful and comfortable house. The contact with the hosts is adequate. Compliments to the hosts, Jos and Anne!

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Gerd's home was spacious, and warm. It is tucked off the street in a small town in Northern Germany. We were fortunate to see snowfall and it couldn't have been prettier if we dreamed it. As an American family we were welcomed by Gerd's adult son who spoke perfect English to us.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. We felt very comfortable and at home from start to finish. There was always support if needed Everything important within reach. A beautiful garden, plenty of space inside and outside, also for the kids. Great amenities and perfectly clean everything. We will be happy to come back!

The Host was very active. The apartment was beyond our expectations. We recommend it.

The cottage is really well above the standard of most Airbnbs. There is really everything you need and more. Super equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great and well-kept garden. And Jara is also totally friendly.

All in all very nice house, it ultimately lacks only a bit of storage space in the kitchen. You have hardly any storage space for your food. Otherwise, everything is available. Clean rooms and communication also great.
