Refurbished Duplex Apartment in Historic Italian Village

This two bedroom, one bath unit offers private parking for up to four cars; private entry; it's own patio and a semi-private backyard (shared with the other side of duplex). A nice double-sized air mattress is also available with extra bed linens. Also included in the unit are a private W/D for use, ironing board, toiletries, wifi, ROKU and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests have access to half of the parking pad in back (fits up to four cars, stacked). Directly behind their side of the unit. We live in the unit next door. We are available as needed and you may see as as we come and go but aim to keep our interactions limited so as not to interrupt your experience. However, if you should need anything we are there to help. Located in historic Italian Village and part of the vibrant Short North Arts District, the neighborhood is rich with activity. Worth checking out are the new gym, brewery, and pool. The area is filled with galleries and dining destinations. Fortunately so much entertainment can be had within walking distance. However, Columbus does have Uber, Lyft, Bird Scooters, Lime Scooters (and Bikes), CoGo (Free city bikes) and more. Lovely and huge apartment! Kitchen and living room spacious, the bedroom lovely and the king size bed is super comfy if you like a mattress in the stiffer side. The bathroom is super nice and the shower is great. Free parking on premises too! Overall, this place is great!

The place was awesome. Really enjoyed the music vibes. It was easy to get in and out of. Just be ready for some stairs if that’s something you are concerned about. But we loved the place. Walking distance to some great food like Dirty Franks and The Walrus. I did have a small issue with my car being broken into. I will 100% blame it on me driving a Hyundai and the internet making people think they are easy to steal. But Joseph was helpful and even willing to put us up for a couple more nights while I worked with insurance stuff. And I really appreciated that. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever in town. It was a great spot and Joseph is an awesome host.

Loved staying here ! Everything we did was in walking distance, it was nice to park our car for the day and get around by foot. The neighborhood is so nice and peaceful. Our stay was great ! Very clean and accommodating for us. Will absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

Laila’s place is really well located, clean and just like the pictures. TV has loads of streaming options, she’s very detailed with instructions on how to access the building and amenities since it’s a high rise apartment and the detail was super helpful. Tip: - bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you’re sensitive to light, and sounds. Bedroom is next to a main street and street lamp light/some sounds filter in at night.
