The house is located is on one of the premier streets in the neighborhood. You can visit Downtown, The Short North, Italian Village, OSU all within a 5-10 minute drive. The newly built carriage house was designed specifically to create a warm, inviting and stress free experience for my guests. Bonus-There is easy on street parking.

House was well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to local restaurants and parks. Only downfall was the parking along the street. You didnt want to leave because you probably won't find a parking spot when you got back.

Great location, very walkable to restaurants and bars - also into downtown if you’re physically active. The space was very well appointed including full kitchen, large shower, large closet, and comfy bed. Access was easy and felt secure. Host was very friendly and made themselves available if needed, although we had no need to contact them.

Cannot explain how beautiful, clean, and comfortable this home is!! Feels brand new, has a great yard for the dogs, and just overall… WOW!
