Beachfront vacation rentals in Geremeas

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Sehr nette Gastgeber ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine chez Mario. Le logement est impeccable et tout confort dans un environnement calme et avec un beau jardin avec accès direct à la mer. Mario a communiquer avec nous tout au long de notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Il nous a guidé avant notre voyage et nous a adressé nombre de bonne adresse que ce soit pratique ou touristique. Mario est très attentionné avec ses hôtes, et de petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, boissons ,petit déjeuné…). Nous recommandons vivement Mario pour votre séjour en Sardaigne, vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le logement ni par Mario.

Wahnsinnig tolle Lage, direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Wir waren zu dritt dort und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Der Balkon ist sicherlich das Highlight dieser Unterkunft.

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen worden, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass Barbara „Casa Alma“ mit viel Herz eingerichtet hat und es pflegt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Wir waren eine Woche dort und es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse beim Sonnenuntergang sehr genossen. Da wir im April da waren, war es in der Umgebung noch recht ruhig und die Geschäfte/Restaurants hatten geschlossen oder nur kurze Öffnungszeiten. Das war recht schade aber dafür haben wir um so mehr das Haus genutzt und vor Ort lecker gekocht. Es empfiehlt sich aufjedenfall ein Mietwagen zu haben, um einkaufen fahren zu können und Ausflüge machen zu können. Wir wurden herzlichen Empfangen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

The apartment was exactly as described. Paolo responded quickly to any enquiries and assisted in arranging transport back to the airport. Thank you Paolo. Check in and checkout went well and was very simple. The area was beautiful and quiet. The beach was stunning and just a short stroll away. Supermarket had all the basics and was just across the road. In front of the house. on Thursday and Saturday there is a market with lovely fresh produce and little gifts, beach wear and lots of little bits to buy. I would highly recommend to people who want a lovely, quiet and peaceful holiday in a little part of paradise.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe, Michaela war stets super erreichbar und hat für uns Restaurants reserviert und war immer sehr bemüht. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!

Just book it! You won’t regret it. It felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay there!
