Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gera Lario

Was in the perfect location, right in the center of downtown Milan. Duomo cathedral, shopping, restaurants, entertainment on the streets- it all was just a walk away. Saved us a lot of money on taxis and Uber. The apartment was very clean, the terrace has a beautiful view, and amenities were included such as towels, iron, washer/dryer (there was a video instructions but I could not figure out how to use). Also what I’m really happy was there is the plug adapters and an informative booklet with WiFi code, metro info, and local recommendations for food, shopping, nightlife etc. The host also provided driver accommodations to and from the airport for an additional fee, and it was worth it for the convenience and comfort. He was very responsive to any questions during our stay. When I come back I will be staying here again and recommending to all my friends and family.

Cute, little apartment in a great location right around the corner from the beautiful Brera neighborhood. Laura is helpful, easy to reach and gives many good tips for places in the area. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

Villa Cardona was a pleasure to visit. The Villa is modern, well appointed, and has beautiful views. Peter was a friendly and informative host.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

It's a lovely place! It has all the comforts for family travel, it is thought out to the smallest detail, both for adults and children, thank you for everything, it is spectacular!!!!!!!!!

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

A great, cozy apartment with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the stream rushes. Our two teenagers were also thrilled. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and yet want to quickly go shopping by bus or stroll through Locarno.

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Doris' place is recommended in all respects. The studio is very well furnished and very clean. Surroundings is quiet. You can use the wonderful garden overlooking Lake Maggiore. Communication with Doris is possible at any time, we received clear and precise instructions on where the studio is located and how to find the key to it. Thank you for the great stay in Minusio. We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

By far the best airbnb during my trip to Italy. This place has all the accommodations you would need and more. I wish I could take this airbnb with me for the rest of my trip.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had a place with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a crib… even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of small touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer… And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, that would really be the cherry on top. But otherwise, everything was great, a real slice of heaven

We had a fantastic stay in Marco's apartment! Marco was super nice, helpful, and available at any time. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The location couldn't be better: central and well-connected, yet quiet, ideal for a visit to Milan. We felt completely at home and would love to return anytime. Highly recommended! We had a very nice stay at Anna’s apartment. It felt right at home, very cozy thoughtful design, nice atmosphere and energy, cozy lighting, many interesting magazines, beautiful terrace where we had our morning coffee. Nicely located and private, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended to stay here, we’ll be happy to come back there :) ☺️✨

Sybille was very nice and communicative. Everything we needed was in the apt. including basic groceries, dishwasher, laundry machine , umbrellas etc. everything was well thought of for our stay. the view is amazing. very close to the lake and the center is 2 minutes driving or 5-7 minutes walking. recommended.
