Vacation rentals with a kayak in Georgian Bay

recommend this place to anyone looking to rent out a cottage for a couple of days. Very quite, peaceful and wonderful scenery of the water. My stay was mainly to spend time with family and enjoying fishing which for me personally met my expectations.

Ginnys place exceeded all expectations! She had a beautiful property that was clean, organized and stocked with every essentials! She was easy to communicate with and we hope to book with her again!

Great place to stay. Host was responsive. Location not too far if you are visiting Tobermory and wanna stay overnight. Nice collection of things at the property. You wouldn’t get bored here. I would definitely recommend this place.

First and foremost, I want to thank Brandon for accommodating my friends and me for this trip, as it was very hard to find a place to stay and that as well was very beautiful, clean and had amazing amenities. In the place we get to use kayaking and especially the transparent canoe; very amazing and memorable experiences! Furthermore, down the street towards the town, you get to have one of the best and beautiful sunrises in life. It has a river with a mini waterfall. Also, the town is 15 minutes away by e-scooter or 5 minutes by car and has all the necessities needed when something is missing. Neighbours were friendly, open, mindful and caring. Everything that was provided in place was amazing, beds were clean and comfortable. My friends and I are very thankful for the extra bedsheets Brandon dropped off for us as some of my friends were quite sensitive to cold temperatures. Overall, must book and will come back again and explore more of the Bruce Peninsula. THANK YOUUUU BRNDON!!!!!!

Beautiful place. Waterfront was great for the kids. Nice and quiet area. Local stores had everything we needed. Good fishing in the immediate area. Would recommend!!!

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Our second stay at Mazen & Aya's place was just as fantastic as the first. Our family enjoyed a lovely snowy Christmas overlooking the lake and relaxing inside. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We hope to be back again next year!

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

Even with a day of rain our stay exceeded expectations! Red Sky Lakehouse had all the amenities one would need for any eventualities. It is surrounded by a naturalistic environment for a comfortable, relaxing and peaceful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless — very clean and well-maintained. The views were stunning and made the experience even more special. Everything was just as described, if not better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Very nice and clean place. All the facilities were working well. There were many games, movies and activities to pass time. Our family had a great time spending our weekend at this house. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy, close to everything in Tobermory, and the hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing. Super thoughtful touches for our pup too! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time in Steve and Jane's quaint and cozy cottage! The beautiful view and the sound of the water made our time spent there enjoyable and peaceful. The cottage was clean, instructions were clear and they had everything you might need to make your stay a wonderful one. This beautiful location is cute, cosy, and impeccably clean with everything you need for a great vacation. The cottage is steps away from a gorgeous beach and not far from town, with lots of amenities and activities for vacationers of all ages. Nicole and Justin were very friend, highly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend a stay at Due North.

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!

Gorgeous cottage in a great location. Beautifully furnished inside, well stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor space with protection from bugs. Our kids loved the proximity to the small beach at the end of the road and it's a convenient 10 min drive from the centre of Gravenhurst. We would stay here again!

Laura was great and very easy to deal with. She was very friendly and easy to contact. We loved our weekend away and enjoyed the kayaks. Such a peaceful little gem and would definitely go back

We didn’t want to leave this morning but we will be back for sure. It’s a beautiful place and the hosts are incredible. Norma and Angel responded to things immediately even though we didn’t mean to rush them. Friendly, relaxed, and a great first swim in a lake this year. Two thumbs up for sure.

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

Rob & Deanna were wonderful hosts! They were also incredibly responsive and kind, which made everything even more seamless. Bardo cabins was the perfect weekend getaway-peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful space. We had such a great time and would love to come back again!

It was great stay. Though weather was not hot enough to enjoy water activities. Host was very responsive. House was very clean and tidy. Only hardship we faced is having to carry our sheets, blankets , comforters which take up quite a lot space in the car trunk even though we had 2 cars.

Our stay at George’s place was amazing! The cabin was exactly as we imagined and very peaceful. Great deck and great views, and we loved the outdoor shower. The lake is clear and blue, and cold at this time of year, but that’s what we needed to get our lymphatic circulation going after long days of hiking! Loads of fireflies in the evening as well - a spectacular show! George was responsive, helpful, and had great recommendations for things to do locally. Would definitely return here.

We stayed for 4 nights at this cottage in late September, just as the autumn leaves were setting in. It was rainy at night but we enjoyed cozy nights watching The Hobbit or playing board games by the roaring fireplace. During the days, we did multiple hikes around Hardy Lake, went to Bala (a very quaint town-we made jokes about being in a cheesy Hallmark movie), toured the cranberry bogs and trails with hot wine drinks and just enjoyed time at the cottage. There is something for everyone whether you’re a cook, book-lover or outdoors enthusiast. We brought our two dogs who loved hiking the trails, watching chipmunks, swimming near the shore , and lounging on the dock. They even got into the canoe. There was a friendly senior dog who wandered down to say hi a couple times. The highlight of it all- we got engaged there! :) :) :) Sarah and Chris, you must be so proud of this enchanting cottage where so many special life moments were created.

Great little cottage. Its a beautiful spot. My only critique would be we could have used an umbrella for sitting outside, howver it was a heat wave and may not have helped! And only comment maybe is bring your own dishclothes and tea towels. I know it says towels and bedding but i wasnt thinking specifically these items. Well worth the $$.
