Heated pool home w/boat dock, water front & Marina

I've been waiting to do a review for Syd and Leslie's place. This place is wonderful and the hosts were/are very responsive and showed they cared for their home and the renters. They approved us to stay longer on check-out day because of a late flight and was very accommodating. Leslie texted me while we were on our way to the airport to thank us for taking such great care of everything and to have a safe trip. Shows me she really cares about people. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 grandkids. The pool and pool area are great. The pictures do not do it justice. There were a BBQ/ games/pool toys/beach toys, etc. for our use. The house is in a beautiful location right on the canal and it is fully equipped for all your needs for the stay. Even during out stay I reached out to Leslie and she responded immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our stay other than we're planning to stay again next year and maybe for two weeks this time. Thank you, Syd and Leslie!!

Beachside Ocean & Pool View- New Listing!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at several places in this community over the years and this was definitely the best! Place was clean, the appliances were updated, and you can’t beat the proximity to the pool/clubhouse and the Lake views. Will definitely book again here.

Definitely well worth the price very attentive on making sure me and my family were comfortable and if we needed anything cabin had everything we needed to cook plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans and most important a coffee maker...lol Sherman was very helpful on helping on a place to dock our boat while we stayed very quiet at night left everything on my boat nothing was touched boat slip is owned by another business across from our cabin they also was very accommodating to our needs for our boat have everything you'll need daily ice, beer and bait there is a light and power at boat slip which i needed for trolling motor batteries over all very awesome memorial day vacation and Definitely be back to stay again in one of Sherman's places and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for clean ,safe , and cozy little cabin....Thanks Sherman for everything!

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was top-notch, from the immaculate accommodations to the thoughtful amenities. The Jacuzzi was such a fun and relaxing touch, and the short walk to the beach made it even more special. Saint Augustine’s beauty was all around us, with incredible sights just minutes away. This was the perfect spot for our family’s special celebration, marking my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! If you’re considering booking—don’t hesitate. Do yourself a favor and reserve your stay today!

Keri was very helpful and responsive. Her place is perfect! The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was not crowded at all and one day I had it all to myself! This is definitely a place I would come back to.

Amazing place! it was my family’s and i first time using airbnb and we picked the best spot! it’s peaceful, it’s close to major tourists places and Anna, the host was amazing! she answers questions quickly, very helpful and kind. Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Scott was immediately responsive when the AC stopped working for the downstairs of the house. He had people in to repair the problem the same day and a property manager was able to handle it without disrupting our plans for the day. The pool is right down the street from the house (3-4 min walk) and the beach is just as close. There are rocks in the water at the beach but it was still great to swim in the ocean. The food and drinks at the pool bar were great and convenient. Overall, it was a perfect fit for what we needed for our trip!

Meghan's place was perfect; the location was amazing, easy access to the beach, a nice clean condo, super-easy check-in and -out...there's literally nothing bad I can say about my experience staying here. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers was a nice touch, and there were PLENTY of linens and towels for my family of five. We came for a short, three- day staycation, and my only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. Meghan was very communicative and helpful. Five stars all around, and we'll definitely be back!

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

What a fantastic Airbnb! So much thought was put into setting this place up. We said “we wish we lived here” about 100 times. The location is 10/10. The beach is right across the street and everyone we encountered was so friendly! Having a pool and spa right in the back yard was so much fun! And there are tons of fun pool items at the place: floaties, a basketball net, ball, etc. There were even kites! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very beautiful house, spacious and the best location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Coffee/ tea and creamers were waiting for us which was a nice touch. Alina responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend this house for a fun, restful getaway.

Very friendly and hospital hosts. The place is exactly as depicted in the photos - no surprises. It is very well furnished with everything you could need for an extended stay. The fenced in back yard is great for dogs. It's a very quiet neighborhood.The beds are comfortable as are the sofa and chairs. It feels more like house sitting for a friend while they are away than a typical rental.

Brian’s place was great! It was spacious for all of us, very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge couch watching movies in the evenings. Very large kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Pool was a bit chilly (should have requested to heat it), but hot tub was amazing! We enjoyed everything the house and area had to offer!

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

This place was even more beautiful than we expected. The home was well-appointed and very comfortable for our family of eight. The nearby beach was stunning and great for swimming. Technically, you can walk there, but it's a bit of a hike that requires a long u-turn on the road. With small children, we drove the short distance instead, but there was always plenty of parking in the free public lot. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful and quiet community, and an amazing house. We loved our stay!
