Create some memories in this unique and family-friendly home. Stylish Skovser house from 1870, gently completely refurbished with only the best materials. Close to the sea and the harbor with lots of life. It is a short distance to Hellerup town and Copenhagen is only 15 minutes away by car. Big enough for the big family or two couples. There is a nice garden with a trampoline and a cozy courtyard with a barbecue for summer evenings. In addition, there is parking space for 3 cars and electric charging stations. A shed with washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy a stay in a true Danish classic, designed in 1966 and built in 1973. This boat is built in fiberglass, with interiors in Teak and mahogany with a focus on spaciousness. Enjoy life on the aft deck and the coziness of the evening in the salon. It is possible to heat the boat if it gets cool in the evening. Food cannot be heated on board. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and service. Towels, dish towels and bed linen are ready upon arrival. There are coffee capsules, toilet paper and hand soap.

The best thing about this 140 sqm. big apartment is the space and the light. Nature on one side, and the buzzing city on the other. We LOVE living here. Located in the heart of Hellerup city - 15 minuts from the center of Copenhagen by car and only 8 minutes by train. Hellerup is a beautiful little harbour village, with stunning old buildings, café's, restaurants, shopping and 2 great beaches. We welcome all nationalities, religions, sexual preferences and of course families with children.
