The granddaughters loved the "animal tour"; that was definitely one of the highlights. And all the games; many new to us. We would have tried them all if we had time. Plenty of space for everyone to have chill time. With good weather we could have had lots of outdoor space too. Worth the affordable price. Extra stocks of toilet paper, paper towels, baggies for leftovers and paper products- this was a bonus.

Gerald allowed me to check in two hours before my scheduled time. He reached out via Airbnb's platform and asjedbif i needed an early check-in. Very thoughtful and proactive of him. He had snacks, milk and cereal ready for me. The location was easy to find and was just what I needed. The setting is ideal for a single or couple. The price is great. It's quiet on the farm. Gerald had plenty of towels and toilet paper, and good spiritual reading materials. I met him face to face - he's a down to earth guy who's super kind and gives you your space. We had a peaceful, impromptu stay after a winter storm altered our travel plans. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The kids LOVED all of the books. It was cool watching the horses. Marcy was such a friendly host! She was friendly and always responsive. We would love to come back when the weather is nicer.

Robert’s place is just what you want when you stay in Limon. We had a few reasons for coming here and we felt right at home! Super comfortable and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, there is a full kitchen, large refrigerator, nice bedroom, the best views. We woke up to watch the sunrise and it was the most peaceful moment of the year! The couch and tv area was so comfortable with reclining and massage options. They really outdid the description with a fantastic experience!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This place fulfilled that perfectly. We loved the peace and quite both indoors and outdoors. We felt like we were in the mountains even though the property technically isn't. We enjoyed watching deer wander through the property almost every morning and watching weather move across the valley from the back deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. We both commented to each other that the home was better than the pictures advertised. The host was great with communicating. We'll definitely consider returning here in the future.

East Colorado Springs Home w/ Game Room + Backyard

We loved our stay here. It felt like we were home which was very important. I had everything I needed to cook and clean for my family. We were 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and there was a restaurant, gas station and small grocery store 4 miles down the road. My family explored Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Canon City, Salida, Buena Vista, the San Isabel National forests and Arkansas River and we went to Estes Park. We did do a lot of driving every day but we loved this and enjoyed seeing as much of Colorado as we could pack in a week. The house was a great place to come home to and relax. The Hot tub was amazing for a soak after a long drive. Couldn't recommend this little home more. 10/10 recommend.

The room I picked was small. I cared more about price than luxury this night since I was only sleeping there. It had a very comfortable bed. I slept like a rock! There were about 10 rooms and it was so sound proof I thought I was the only one there until morning when I ran into other guests in the kitchen! Nice place , friendly people, I would highly recommend! One note. This is an OLD hotel. Do not expect bright shiny modern furnishings but do expect quiet comfortable place to eat and sleep.

Six stars, easily. I was participating in events at High Plains Raceway, a 35(?)-minute drive from Dale and Lori's house, and I really appreciated the privacy and quietness that their home afforded me. The fact that it's a gated community also allowed me to feel comfortable leaving my gear and supplies in my car overnight without worrying about them not being there in the morning. It is on a dirt road (.8 miles), but they are in very good shape so no worries there. The house and my room were very well taken care of - clean, nicely decorated, and it smelled so nice in there! Maybe like a nice herbal tea? I don't know... nice (-: I had the opportunity to meet both Dale and Lori, and they are both the nicest and most interesting people you can meet! Dale and I talked for quite a while about life, the universe, and everything. Much better than staying in a hotel with only a TV to keep you company. They both made it great. Thank you, Dale and Lori!

Marian was the most amazing host! Got stuck in some bad weather, and found her listing at 9:30 pm. She responded to my request to book right away, and was super helpful with directions and checking in on us. I am so thankful her place was available and that she accommodated our impromptu stay. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

A wheelchair-accessible ramp leads to the entrance of the building, which features a flat threshold and a doorway marked with a clear number. Decorative stone landscaping borders a pathway made of patterned concrete and gravel.

Such a great place to stay with family. It’s about 35mins away from Colorado Springs, too peaceful, clean and pretty as per the description.

Exactly as pictured plus some, this home was perfect for our 2 week stay! Robert equipped it with everything you need for cooking which was very helpful and he was always responsive and kind. Jerrica did a great job cleaning and clearly takes pride in what she does. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there, it felt like home. The arcade game was a fun touch, the living room couch was super comfy as was the bedroom mattress, and we loved using the hot tub out back to unwind. Nothing bad to say about this place, we are very grateful to have been able to find this gem in Limon.
