The apartment matched the description and our expectations: clean, refurbished, well located and reasonably priced. Close-by grocery stores, bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants. Easily accessible public transport from the train station a few minutes' walk away connects us to all the networks in the Paris region (Versailles Castle, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Fabienne welcomed us with open arms and gave us several tips and suggestions on transportation and activities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again.

I had a very good time. The place was as described in the pictures and I had a very comfortable stay with my parents. Bernard and family were very friendly. We had a small issue with keys not able to open the entrance gate and Bernard responded very proactively, helped us getting in, and changed the lock the next morning. I would highly recommend!

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Clean and modern Airbnb. Amazing flat about a 30 minute tube to the centre of Paris. It is however a 10 minute walk to the nearest station, so don’t be fooled. We really wanted a balcony and the apartment had a great one. The views of the local area aren’t anything special and there isn’t much to do in the area but if you’re staying in Paris for more than one night this is an ideal location. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and was exactly as described and matched the photos. If anything the balcony was larger than it looked. Lou was really nice and friendly. Nearest super market is only 30 seconds walk away.
