Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and seating area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large linden trees. Calm and serenity assured. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in the middle of the season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (beginning of May and end of September to beginning of October).

The Logis Escale is an unusual 16th century house that we have just renovated from top to bottom. Today it has a set of 4 levels with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, hanging garden, roof terrace and semi-troglodyte pool. The land is closed and secure. L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
