The house is very comfortable. It has three air conditioning and heating units, central heating by radiators. It is suitable for cold and hot weather. It's very glazed and you can see the forest. The setting is second to none. Super quiet. Very comfortable. Some limitations in the kitchen utensils that they promised to resolve. But we definitely recommend it and will surely be back.

We stayed with my family at the end of the long carnival, really Flor's predisposition was incredible from the first minute you press the "book" button, super attentive, very cordial and correct, she took the time to give us all the information regarding the house or we entered with luxury of detail so that we felt at home. The super beautiful, comfortable accommodation in a super quiet neighborhood, ideal for disconnecting from the routine, and not minor detail, gleaming clean with everything prepared and ready for us to have an incredible end. The truth is that we had a beautiful time and we will undoubtedly choose it again!

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

the Magdalena house is beautiful, country house surrounded by greenery and flowers, the area is super recommended it has very close to a market with everything you need to have a good stay, Magda and her sister super attentive. Would come back without hesitation

We had a Congress and needed a place to stay that would help us rest. However, we found a much more welcoming space than that. Super comfortable, complete, impeccable cleanliness, etc. It's part of a complex of other lofts and we never heard a single noise. Gianni and his co-hosts were impeccably kind. Always ready and quick to respond. Check-in on time. We will definitely be back and we will have the pleasure of seeing other lofts in the complex. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was as stated on the website. Everything was spacious, everything was impeccable, you can tell it's new. I would still advise you to bring oil, salt, etc. because although you had it on the day of arrival, you might run out of it later. Excellent hot water. There were four of us, and although there was a water heater, the water was great. They have everything you need for the kitchen. The WiFi works without any problems. They also have Netflix. I had a problem with the toaster and Carla changed it right away. Thanks for everything.

From the booking process to check-out, communication was always quick and smooth. The house had utensils for all needs and included basic cooking ingredients and cleaning items, which other accommodations have not. It's great to be able to arrive late to a place and not have to rush out to buy the basics. The house is beautiful and super comfortable. Close to the beach. A very peaceful setting for a family getaway.

Maria Laura's house is just like the photos. Very well equipped with everything you need for a family stay. The game room next to the house with a pool, ping pong and grill is a phenomenal plus!!! The neighborhood is very nice and safe, you go out to Los Acantilados beach, which is great. Close to Chapa. 100% recommended.
