The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very, very comfortable. Maybe if there are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it has everything. Elevators (2), swimming pool, parking, game room, living room, laundry room and gym. 10 points. The view makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the dishes are only for 4 people, I mean that if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, they should bring their own cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. It has a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning and everything you need to have a good stay. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. It's great to be a 10-minute walk from downtown Pinamar, maybe walking to the beach takes a little longer. If you have a car, in 5 minutes you're at the beach and the garage is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the value for money is very good, with a central and quiet area.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area, with a special tranquility and silence that is imposed in a closed neighborhood, among the typical pine trees of Pinamar, including amenities such as the garage and pool, which are a few meters from the house. This is extremely spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is separate, a large living room, the atmosphere and decoration of this space is really a 10/10, making it very cozy. The ground floor allows the sleeping area to be isolated, the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with all you may need. Even a dishwasher. The exit to the outside, with the roofed terrace that has a grill, becomes the must-share space because of the view between the tall trees and directly to the golf course, whether for any meal, or a few mates and a chat. Only criticism: the ground floor has no air circulation, so the humidity is present, but with the ceiling fans it is easily bearable

Our stay was excellent. With the initial instructions given by us Sebastián (and Mrs. Norma) there was no need to disturblos during the stay. The house is as shown in the pictures, with large, fresh and practical environments. Nice garden with tall trees that provide good shade if you intend to protect yourself from the sunlight. We had a great time, and it's very recommendable

The stay in the house of Constanza was great, there were two couples with two children and two babies and we were very well, comfortable and large rooms, well equipped, well equipped kitchen and a very spacious terrace and garden where to enjoy the family with intimidation and grill! The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

Excellent stay at Daniel's apartment. Central location, one and a half blocks from the beach. We highlight the kitchen, which had all the necessary utensils and more. The only thing we think they could improve is the comfort of the beds; otherwise it is highly recommended.

Flawless apartment in an unbeatable location! The accommodation is very nice, as shown in the photos, very comfortable and spacious, it is very well-equipped and the location is excellent, it is a few blocks from the beach and in front of the shopping center! The building's pool and gym amenities are great too! Analia responded immediately to a small inconvenience we had and solved it quickly.

The place is beautiful, right on the beach, with wonderful views of the ocean. The apartment is spacious, clean, modernly appointed, and very comfortable, with lots of natural light and all of the amenities listed. Also, it is only 2 blocks from the main street where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. The complex enjoys 2 pools (one outdoors and one inside), gym, snack bar, and even a small store where you can buy certain essentials and snacks, etc. Our host was very communicative, gracious, and responsive. This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. We had a fantastic time, and I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here outside the traditional summer season, but it was still an outstanding stay with lots to do!
