The place is new. Modern. Electronic locks. The cell phone is used to enter the building. All the facilities work. The spinning bikes need maintenance. Agustin and Daniela respond very quickly. They solve any issue or question as best they can. Highly recommended. It's best to go by car. Although there is a grocery store across the street, it is approximately 15 minutes by car to Bunge and Libertador, which is the shopping center of Pinamar. From Route 11, take Bunge Avenue, then Enrique Shaw Avenue, which is paved, then some sandy streets until you reach Kalem l. They are easily passable

Everything is excellent, it is exactly as shown in the photos, it does not disappoint, the beach service included in the divisadero spa adds a lot. Francisco is always attentive to answer any questions and at the reception the check-in was super fast. Highly recommended accommodation.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was in excellent condition and well located, everything worked properly. The garage is easy to access and very spacious. The only thing that was not as expected was the check-in because it says "after 3 pm" but if you check in at night you have to pay extra to have the keys handed over, they should clarify this or set a check-in time limit.

We loved the balcony terrace, it overlooked the pool and loa arboles, beautiful view. It's spacious inside. We are happy with the stay. We came back and Edward was super friendly.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area, with a special tranquility and silence that is imposed in a closed neighborhood, among the typical pine trees of Pinamar, including amenities such as the garage and pool, which are a few meters from the house. This is extremely spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is separate, a large living room, the atmosphere and decoration of this space is really a 10/10, making it very cozy. The ground floor allows the sleeping area to be isolated, the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with all you may need. Even a dishwasher. The exit to the outside, with the roofed terrace that has a grill, becomes the must-share space because of the view between the tall trees and directly to the golf course, whether for any meal, or a few mates and a chat. Only criticism: the ground floor has no air circulation, so the humidity is present, but with the ceiling fans it is easily bearable

The apartment is comfortable and modern, located in a quiet place but close to downtown and attractions. Eduardo was extremely helpful and friendly, always available and in a very good mood. We had an issue with the shower in the bathroom, which was sorted efficiently within 24 hours. We were even compensated for the inconvenience, which we value very much. Great host.

Very nice place, location and view. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I would only emphasize the cleanliness, which shows accumulated dirt, not from not cleaning, but from cleaning everything very superficially constantly. That makes the house not as clean as I would like it to be.

The complex and the apartment are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guards or the consortium won't let you in with the car to take the suitcases in or out... but they're minor things...!! After that, everything is fine..!!

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was excellent and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. The place had all the necessary amenities, both to enjoy the beach and to stay in the facilities. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Martin was always very kind. We would definitely come back. I recommend it!!!

The space was much larger, more comfortable and with a nicer view than what you see in the photos. We only stayed 2 nights. Lots of storage space and very comfortable for us, as we went with 3 children. Since there were so many of us, the second bathroom was essential. The people who welcomed us and looked after us during our stay were very friendly and helpful. We will be back without hesitation
