Ideal place if you want to forget about your car! You can walk to the center or the beach. Close to everything but super quiet. Both Nico and who welcomed us were super friendly. We loved it and I'm sure we'll be back💪🏽

Everything is excellent, the location is quiet, Juan the owner is impeccable, super loving and a good host, the apartment is very nice and has an incredible terrace that makes it super enjoyable, the truth is that the experience was great and I would definitely return to this accommodation.

Excellent experience! The place is really very nice, the house is small and very nice, as seen in the photos. Ideal to go alone or as a couple. I went with my girlfriend and we didn't have much space drama. It has a shared patio that is very nice and spacious to hang out. Pablina, a genius, assisted us and was always attentive when we asked her things. The proximity to the beach (1 block) and the center (2 blocks) is also key and finally I want to highlight the flexibility for check-in and check-out. Poor Pablina, we went around in circles with that and the truth is she never made a fuss, as I said, a genius! Thank you and we would definitely go back! Regards!

The apartment is impeccable, it is very bright and well armed. Owner facilitates both entry and exit. It has everything advertised and is located two blocks from a good beach quieter than downtown crowds. The neighborhood and building are super quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation. Highly recommended.

The place is new. Modern. Electronic locks. The cell phone is used to enter the building. All the facilities work. The spinning bikes need maintenance. Agustin and Daniela respond very quickly. They solve any issue or question as best they can. Highly recommended. It's best to go by car. Although there is a grocery store across the street, it is approximately 15 minutes by car to Bunge and Libertador, which is the shopping center of Pinamar. From Route 11, take Bunge Avenue, then Enrique Shaw Avenue, which is paved, then some sandy streets until you reach Kalem l. They are easily passable

We had an excellent stay. We took advantage of every space in the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, very good treatment from Sol, Flor and Nacho. We felt very safe. Definitely a place to go back to. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and quiet accommodation overlooking the forest and sea, about 200 meters from the beach (super accessible by footpath) Very neat and really well-equipped. Agustin was a great host, always available and attentive to any need. 100% recommended. Thank you!

Natalia answered all our questions, the apartment is as shown in the photos, the complex is very nice, the garage is accessible, the location is the best, you can walk everywhere, and you have everything nearby. Carlos, the security guy, was very friendly. The gate control didn't work for us and they changed it quickly. We used the heated pool. For my taste it could be a little warmer, but we still enjoyed it. Very good stay, I recommend it!
