Situated on the outskirts of the Kraichgau, with a breath taking view of the Heuchelberg and surrounded by vineyards, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing weekend trip or holiday. The accommodation is perfect for couples, single travellers or families with children, as the second sleeping option is a pull-out sofa in the living room. The new building was acquired by us in May 2016. The 46 square meter apartment on the ground floor of the house is quiet but also central to many places of interest in the region. Wine cultivation with the typical broom economies, as well as many winemakers with tasting rooms can be reached quickly by bike or car.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here.
