In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Erlebt die Schönheit der Ländlichkeit Norddeutschlands. Natur - Himmel - Wind - und die Ostsee ist nicht weit. Individuelle Ferienwohnung auf Resthof mit Ponys, 2 Ouessant-Schafen, Hund und glücklichen Hühnern. Unser Hof liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Leider schließt Ende 2025 die Bäckerei, die man von uns aus zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Im 3 km entfernten Ort Sterup wird es ab Anfang 2026 die Filiale einer Bio-Bäckerei geben! Ein kleiner Trost...

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Enjoy our apartment "Lille" in the beautiful north of Germany, a stone's throw from Denmark. The apartment was completed in March 2024. On about 30 square meters, you can spend a hygge and cozy vacation here and just unwind. The beautiful garden invites you to relax. The 1000 meters to the nearest beach make it easy to enjoy a quick dip in the cool water.
