Kuş sesleriyle, çiçek kokularıyla, şehrin gürültüsünden uzak bir tatil isteyenler için mükemmel bir tatil evi. Bahçede mangal yapabilmektesiniz. - Bahçede 2 ev daha mevcut bahçe ortak kullanımdır. Ev şehir merkezinden uzak olduğu için arabayla gelmenizi öneririm. Telefon ve internet iyi çekmiyor, uzaktan çalışanlar için pek uygun değil.

Tarihi yarım adananın tam ortasında bulunan eviniz feribot iskelesine 2dk yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca denize girmek isteyen misafirlerimiz evin önünden yada 10dk yürüme mesafesinde bulunan plajda denize girebilir. Şimdiden iyi tatiller diliyoruz.

Zemin ve mutfak tezgahı mikrobeton ile yapılmış olup eve farklı bir hava katmıştır. Gökçeadanın keyfini bu tarih ile modernliğin harmanlanmış evinde geçirmek isteyenler için tasarlanmıştır. Fotoğrafta görünen binanın üst katı. Arkada kendine özel bahçesi vardır. Alt katı ara ara ev sahibi olarak biz kullanıyoruz yaz aylarında.

Evin yeşilliklerle dolu bahçesine bakan büyük bir balkonu bulunmaktadır. 2 yıl önce baştan aşağı restore edilen bu ev, Gökçeada'yı keşfetmek ve burada keyifli vakit geçirmek isteyen konuklarını rahat ve konforlu ortamında ağırlamak üzere bekliyor.
