Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Geestland

We were with two adults and three children for a short trip in Cuxhaven and had an all-around lovely time in the cozy cottage. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier and the communication was super friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Everything worked out for us. Here's how to make Airbnb fun! ;-)

We have been very warmly welcomed, beautifully and high-quality furnished, a lot of attention to detail, the garden is a dream, decorated with own works. With a wide variety of corners, you always discover new details. We felt comfortable all around.

We had a really nice time in the apartment. It is ideal especially for families with children. The property is completely fenced, which gave us as parents a good feeling, and there are great play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The location is pleasantly quiet and secluded – perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. If you are looking for hustle and bustle or shops right outside the door, you are in the wrong place, but in about 10 minutes by car you can reach everything important: supermarkets, a snack bar and other places to go. It was exactly what we needed for us. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time! ☺️

Beautiful, well-equipped house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly, well organized and helpful. The vacation went smoothly and as we imagined.

We had a wonderful stay at a really great thoughtful house where we lacked nothing. Even many everyday consumables were provided, and you were welcomed with a little love attention. Cleanliness is also commendable. The proximity to Bremerhaven (in 10 min. you reach the port) and also the close proximity to the mall is perfect. We felt very comfortable.

Jara's place is beautiful, quiet and corresponds to the description. You are on your own and surrounded by the beautiful nature. Jara was accessible at all times and allowed us a flexible check-in. Through the instructions she put together, we were able to orient ourselves well and plan activities. Even with a dog, it is a dream, as you can walk directly from the house.

We were super satisfied with everything! I'd love to do it again when I get the chance.

Sabine's cottage is really very nice and both the garden and the conservatory were highlights that we used a lot. The property is completely fenced, which was very convenient for us as we had a dog with us. Clear recommendation!

We booked very spontaneously with Michaela! The communication with her was nice and warm! The apartment was super clean upon arrival and nothing was missing! Perfect with bedding and towels. The beach is easily accessible by bike. On the beach, you will find beach chairs, a food court and a beach bar. We had a lovely weekend. We would rent the apartment again!

The apartment was very clean and functional. It was very quiet in the house so we could sleep very well the three nights. There was nothing missing.

In our apartment ranking, the apartment (small lighthouse) has conquered a place high up - Champions League level [:-). In detail: - Very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac - very clean, bright apartment with walk-in shower, comfortable beds (firm but still comfortable) and firm but comfortable seating in the Living rooms. - Welcome box with sweets and a small bottle of wine - good kitchen equipment - dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils - we didn't miss anything - Winter garden with comfortable adjustable seating and a table - variable ventilation option through numerous sliding doors - Storage for bicycles with sockets - E-bikes can be charged here without having to remove the battery - 55-inch 4K - Smart TV with Netflix access for cozy movie nights - Internet 50/10 Mbps - Washing machine - Large storage room Conclusion: We felt very comfortable, thank you!

As always, Tim's apartment was just a dream. This time we were here with our one-year-old son and thanks to the high chair and super bed situation, that was also just great! The size is great and the location just perfect for the south beach but also easily accessible by public transport. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great! The place was clean and well equipped. The nearest bus stop was maybe 1-2 minutes' walk away and the area in general was very quiet. Kim is also very friendly. Would recommend staying there to everyone!

A beautiful place to relax and be. Feels like a picture book and takes you back to childhood. We were there with a dog and want to come back. Had a nice exchange with Rieke.

Stayed one night with Kevin. It is a very spacious apartment where we could really relax. The next day we left again towards home, so we didn't see the area. There was also a high chair ready for our son. Recommended!

Perfect location ,away from city buzz ,but just a few stops away from old town, train station or airport. Peaceful and cozy. Jutta was very helpful and friendly. Would be back for sure!!!

We felt very comfortable in Guido u. Gesche's apartment. The apartment was a super good starting point to pedestrian zone, shopping center, climate house, outlet and old harbor. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is spacious and cozy. The conservatory balcony is special. The communication with the hosts was very straightforward and with regard to arrival and departure they were very helpful.
