Bright apartment at Sachsenwald

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Vogelnest apartment is a very bright apartment in the attic overlooking treetops and gardens. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is about 50 square meters with a small balcony. The amenities are extensive. Bathroom with window, washing machine, blackout in the bedroom. The apartment in a central but quiet location, offers connection to public transport and various shops within 5 minutes' walking distance. Hiking, jogging, or for dog owners a calf area starts right by the house.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The apartment is located on the attic floor (sloping ceilings) of a single-family house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 highways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. It has a great terrace with table, chairs, cozy beach chair and amazing views. Inside there is a 1.4 m x 2 m bed, a bunk bed (0.7 m x 1.4 m) for two children, sitting area, closet and a kitchen with fridge and induction cooktop.
