Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Als wir angekommen sind haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, grün und ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch mit vielen warmen Farben eingerichtet - perfekt um vom Alltag runterzukommen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft durch die drei verschiedenen Ebenen sehr weitläufig. Beim Pool konnten wir nicht feststellen wo wir diesen beheizen können, allerdings waren wir sowieso immer im Whirlpool. Eine für uns an sich perfekte Unterkunft. Wir würden aber maximal 4 Erwachsene empfehlen, da man sich sonst ein Zimmer teilen müsste.

Ivana and the family were amazing hosts! The place is amazing, cozy, clean and fun to stay at. Would recommend anyone that wants a beautiful holiday.

Schon vor der Anreise gab es eine nette Kommunikation. Dejan hat extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den es eigentlich nicht in der Ausstattung gab Das Haus und die Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Modern und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich bequeme Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl uns sicher gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war das Highligt, besonders für die Kinder. So das wir selbst im Oktober noch hineinspringen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt. Es ist schön ruhig, aber man ist auch schnell im Geschehen. Direkt nebenan ist die Station der Bimmelbahn, die in die Stadt fährt. Wir waren sehr verliebt in die Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt war spitze. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder in Ninas Ferienhaus. Das hat super gepasst, die Zimmeraufteilung ist wirklich perfekt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen ruhigen Ort namens Rosini. Direkt gegenüber ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, weshalb man problemlos mit mehr als zwei Autos anreisen kann. Ein Spielplatz und Fußball/Basketballplatz ist auch keine 100m weit und eine tolle Beschäftigung für die Kinder. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und toll eingerichtet. Vor Ort gibt es nahezu alles an Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Herd, Staubsauger, usw.) Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. Die Gastgeber/innen sind super lieb und sorgen für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Beim kleinsten Problem ist der Kontakt direkt hergestellt und jemand vor Ort. Wir haben im Vorfeld tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Städte, Strände, etc. bekommen. Wir waren absolut begeistert! Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder!!

This is an excellent place to stay as a home base for your Istrian adventures - Porec is only 15 minutes away, Pula and Rovinj are only 45 minutes by car. We really liked the backyard garden with lounging chairs and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. Two bathrooms are handy for the whole family. Take advantage of the Butiga store right next door to get fresh bread in the morning - it will blow you away! And you can purchase some local goods like olive oil from the hosts.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Vilma welcomed us with her warm hospitality and showed us the lovely home. Everything inside and outside the home is in pristine condition, extremely clean. The garden is spacious yet also private, nicely manicured, and colorful. The home was exactly as shown in the photos and suited us well as a family of four. We were the first guests of the season and arrived before the weather was warm, so it was chilly inside, though the description was clear that there was no heating inside. Vilma showed us how we could warm up the bedrooms with the air conditioner units which was helpful. We loved the area and were able to take day trips in every direction from there. The nearby pizzeria was great as well as an agriturismo restaurant, and the Baredine cave was well worth a visit. Our kids swam in the pool, even though it wasn’t warm yet. Great property, lovely, heartfelt hosts. Definitely recommendable!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ondina ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft um in Ruhe den Urlaub genießen zu können. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, einfach Klasse!

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

Die Unterkunft ist super zu erreichen und um den Ort herum gibt es super viele Möglichkeiten Sachen zu unternehmen. Vom Aquapark über Hochseilgarten und vielen schönen Stränden gibt es viel Abwechslung. Das Haus von Irene ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts! Die Kommunikation lief einfach und sehr freundlich ab! Wir empfehlen sowohl Irene als Gastgeberin wie auch das Haus in Vabriga. Vielen Dank für unseren schönen Familienurlaub bei euch.

Wir waren 2 Familien und haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Der Pool ist großartig, auch die Möglichkeit ohne Auto zum Einkaufen zu gehen, ist toll! Das Haus ist finde ich bisher schöner, als auf den Fotos. Alles wirklich durchdacht mit genug Schatten für die heiße Zeit.

We were family of four and we enjoyed our stay as we love Porec. Kanita and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. Their house is new and super clean, therefore we enjoyed our stay and felt very confortable. Neigborhood was quiet and peacefull and we could enjoy sitting outside on very nice and spacious patio. We would definitely recommend.

Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Alle Ausstattung die man braucht & Marija war bei fragen immer erreichbar. Im kleinen Ort ist es sehr ruhig aber man hat einen Mini Markt. Top Preis-Leistung.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön gestaltet und auch das Innere des Hauses ist sehr einladend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Klimaanlage funktioniert im 2. Stock nicht ganz so gut. Die Temperatur konnte auf ein Minimum von 26 Grad gekühlt werden. Die Kommunikation war großartig! Unglaublich schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten kamen vom Vermieter.
