Ampio e comodo appartamento al piano terra, immerso nella campagna immensa. Silenzioso, si riposa divinamente. Il check in viene eseguito di persona, io sono stato accolto dai genitori della host Samantha. Adoro essere ricevuto di persona. Persone gentili e cordiali che ti mettono a tuo agio e cercano di soddisfare eventuali tue richieste. Ci sono anche due affettuosissimi cagnolini. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto a pochi passi dall'appartamento. La cucina è completa di elettrodomestici e accessori. L'ambiente è molto pulito e ordinato. Comodo il letto. Terrò a mente questa location per il futuro e ci ritornerò quando sarò nuovamente in zona per lavoro. Sono stato veramente bene.

We had a very special stay at Francesco’s property and are grateful for his warm hospitality and support throughout. The setting is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in peaceful surroundings, and it was the perfect place for a memorable trip. Francesco was excellent to deal with — responsive, understanding, and very fair. He kindly arranged a partial refund when we were informed that the pool would be closed, which we really appreciated. His communication before and during our stay made everything easy and stress-free. While no stay is ever without small imperfections, it was clear that Francesco genuinely cared about making our experience as positive as possible. Thanks to his efforts, we were still able to enjoy a very important and special moment in a truly lovely location. We would happily recommend staying here and thank Francesco again for helping to make it such a memorable trip!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal am Gardasee und die Lage zwischen Garda und Bardolino, welche beide sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar sind, war einfach perfekt. Das Apartment ist geräumig, super sauber und toll eingerichtet. Zoe war ebenfalls immer erreichbar und hat sich am Anfang Zeit für uns genommen, sodass wir flexibel einchecken konnten. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft - immer wieder gerne! :)

When you drive up to the cottage you find yourself making your way through a slightly spooky forrest road, initially you wonder where you're going and if you'll drive off the end of the earth! But after a few minutes you arrive at the cottage and it is simply magical. The garden is fantastic, the cottage itself looks like a beautiful hobbit hole and the view is absolutely breath taking. Roberta was there to greet us and she was very kind, charming and extremely helpful. The interior of the cottage is absolutely super. Everything is even better than advertised and the sauna, beautiful shower and hot tub are a luxurious joy to use. This cottage is perfect for 2 people planning a relaxing few days away from the busy cities. Yet within 30 minutes drive you are in the heart of Bergamo for a bit of shopping. Roberta is wonderful and the cottage is a dream. We will 100% be back very soon!

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento era impeccabile: pulito, accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Mi sono sentito subito a casa. La zona è tranquilla ma ben collegata, ideale sia per rilassarsi che per spostarsi facilmente. L’host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre attento a ogni dettaglio. Un’esperienza davvero positiva sotto ogni punto di vista: tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazioni!

Edoardo is een super host. Geweldig mooi rustig verblijf. Hij bood direct een golfset aan waarmee we konden oefenen op de driving range.

Huge thanks to Michele for this amazing apartment! My wife and I absolutely loved it. It’s modern, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the lighting, we’re not fans of harsh lights in the evening, and the setup here was perfect and adjustable. Also, I want to say separately the host is super friendly and just a great guy. It was a pleasure meeting him, and his tips and recommendations were spot on!

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem 1,5-jährigen Sohn und hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Kurz vorher waren noch Treppengitter installiert worden, es gab einen Hochstuhl und durch den Garagenzugang konnten wir den Kinderwagen immer bequem beim Auto stehen lassen. Das höher gelegene Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer war abgesehen davon der perfekte Wickelplatz. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und mit dem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon blieben keine Wünsche offen. Einkaufen geht zu Fuß, das Seeufer ist nicht weit und dort gibt es auch viele Bars und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Marianna war super unkompliziert und freundlich, sie war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und man merkt, dass ihre Gäste einfach eine schöne Zeit haben sollen. Bei uns hat das wunderbar geklappt, wir kommen gerne wieder! 🙂
