Monthly Rentals in Gavar

Very nice apartment, cool design, everything clean, we had all the things that were are necessary. There was even some very good coffee and spices left. It was a bit cold sometimes (especially in the bathroom) but the heaters work quite well. The owner is always in touch and can answer any question. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful place with an amazing view. We had a great time staying in Armine’s apartment with our dog - everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay there again!

The location of Pearl Sevan is unbeatable, you live directly on Sevan Lake in a quiet environment and beautiful landscape and look directly at the lake from the living room. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The owners are easy to reach and respond quickly.
